LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN (E-SLCP)
FOR SY 2021-2022

1. Cognizance of the opening of classes, the schools are required to prepare the
E-SLCP. This shall serve as the blueprint in ensuring that education will
happen this SY 2021-2022.
2. The E-SLCP shall include salient features on goals, learning delivery
modalities and operationalization while maintaining the well being and safety
based on the Ratified Division E-BE-LCP.
3. For this purpose, attention is invited on the following information for common
undertaking.
3.1 Outline of the E-SLCP (See Enclosure 1)
3.2 Activities (See Enclosure 2)
4. All School Heads are advised to gather, organize, and consider the data
per tinent to the E-SLCP for implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
5. For easy reference, template is accessible through this link

supervise compliance thereof.
6. Immediate dissemination and compliance to this Memorandum is desired.
