Accomplishment Report
The enactment of Republic Act No. 9155, also known as the “Governance of Basic Education
Act of 2001,” strengthened the Department of Education’s adherence to the principle of shared
governance.
Shared governance in R.A. 9155 clearly defines as the management model in the delivery of
quality basic education. It specifies the functional areas to be shared by the various levels of
management as well as their differentiated roles. The evolving roles of the schools are consistent
with the national educational policies, plans and standards.
In order to put into realization, the Lapulabao National High School, headed by Ma’am Lea
M. Reyes, and with the help of the SBM Coordinator, SMEA Coordinator, Teachers, Parents and
Stakeholders, ensures to quickly respond to the issues and concerns affecting the effectiveness and
efficiency of the implementation of programs in school.
Last November 02, 2021, at about 01:00 in the afternoon conducted the review on School
Improvement Plan (SIP) at Lapulabao National High School. The Principal, teachers and other very
important stakeholders were in the attendance.
The following data below specify the accomplishments of School Plans and Projects.
