1. Select any manufacturing or service giving organization and try to identify quality related problem
and suggest possible solution to quality problem you have identified. use appropriate qualify
control technique to identify problems and suggest solutions(GROUP THREE).

2. Assume that you are undertaking project and try to apply the six sigma approach to accomplish
the project with almost zero defect. Clearly discuss what activities you will undertake and how you
will to reduce defects to zero level (GROUP TWO)

3. Assume that your are project manager ,how you are going to implement project quality
management. Take hypothetical or real project and show practical activities you are going to
