Directions: Follow the steps in Printer Sharing.

The following steps enable a computer to share a printer:

Step 1. Choose Start > Control Panel

Step 2. Under Hardware and Sounds, choose View Devices and Printer
Step 3. Right-click the printer “EPSON L5290”, and choose Printer Properties.
Step 4. Click the Sharing tab.
Step 5. Check the “Share this printer” and click Ok

The following steps enable a computer to turn off the Firewall

Step 1. Choose Start > Windows Defender Firewall

Step 2. Click Turn Windows Defender Firewall On or Off
Step 3. Check Turn Off Windows Defender Firewall and click ok

How to turn off password protected sharing

Step 1. Choose Start > Control Panel

Step 2. Select Network and Internet >Network and Sharing Center
Step 3. Click Change advance Sharing Setting (at the left side pane)

Step 4. Select All Network drop down arrow

Step 5. Click Turn Off Password Protected Sharing

Step 6. Click Save Changes

How to Print Test Page

Step 1. Choose Start > cmd

Step 2. Type ipconfig

Step 3. Get the IPv4 Address

Step 4. Open any folder
Step 5. Type the IP address in the search bar

Step 6. Locate the mouse pointer to the printer “EPSON L5290”

Step 7. Right click and install the printer
Step 8. Open Microsoft Word
Step 9. Type “HELLO MADLANG PEOPLE MABUHAY”
Step 10. Print (Press Ctrl P)
