What is your business? List and discuss below.

A vegetarian pho restaurant.
I see that currently, healthy vegetarianism is a dietary trend that many people are aiming to
follow. A healthy vegetarian diet is a diet that does not eat meat, poultry, shellfish, fish, or any
foods that have been slaughtered. Vegetarians tend to choose a predominantly plant-based diet.
Besides, there are very few restaurants selling vegetarian pho in the market, I think because the
unique flavor of traditional pho is created from simmering beef or chicken bones for many hours.
So to create vegetarian pho, it is difficult to bring the original flavor like meat pho. Grasping this
trend, and being someone interested in nutrition and healthy eating, opening a vegetarian pho
restaurant was the first idea I thought of. I hope everyone has a clearer view of vegetarianism.

Everything Stems form the “voice of the customer”? Think of a customer

group, a target market for your business? What might they be wanting,
saying, needing? What might be the voice of the customer? List and discuss
below.
The target market and customer group I'm aiming for are vegetarians, people who want to try
vegetarian food, and people who are interested in a healthy diet and nutrition.
Customers love pho but cannot eat pho for a number of reasons (personal preferences, parents,
health reasons, religious beliefs, culture or concern for animal rights and the environment, ...),
they want to find a type of pho that can solve their problems while still satisfying the need to eat
pho.
As far as I know, an average bowl of pho will contain 430 - 480 kcal of calories, while pho for
vegetarians is only about 160 calories.
I have a sister, after giving birth to a baby she became obese, which made her obsessed with her
weight and decided to become a vegetarian. Before that, she was a fan of pho, and she and I
often went to eat pho together. Since becoming a vegetarian, she hasn't gone out to eat pho with
me anymore. When I thought about opening a pho restaurant, I immediately thought of
vegetarian pho.
A vegetarian pho restaurant serves diners who "love pho", "love the taste of Vietnamese pho",
love a healthy diet, "eat clean, drink clean" and focus on nutrition.

What goods and services do you provide? What is the Core Benefit?
Offering vegetarian pho and some vegetarian side dishes.
I want to provide customers with the best services; Not only come to eat pho, customers will be
able to use services different from regular pho restaurants.
The core benefits that I want to bring to customers from this vegetarian pho restaurant are to
promote a healthy, nutritious diet, a community of people interested in vegetarianism, and
experience great service from vegetarian pho restaurant.

What secondary goods and services do you provide? What are the peripheral
goods and services?
The vegetarian pho restaurant will sell some additional dishes such as mushroom shrimp, fresh
vegetables, fruit juice, etc
Provides a number of peripheral services such as parking, wifi, babysitting, air conditioning, etc

If you had several businesses, most might be designed to provide a menu of

core and periphery services at each site? But there might be need at some
locations to do something different? Can you think of any possible ways to
alter your business at one site. (For example, McDonalds has restaurants,
providing the same quality of food quickly at each site is the issue, but at some
sites, part of the Customer Benefits Package is a childrens’ playground. That
is a service difference). Can you think of any for your business. List and
discuss below.
Vietnamese people often eat pho in the morning, before starting work. Everyone is in a hurry and
busy, so vegetarian pho restaurants located near companies will be restaurants with more
spacious premises and many staff to serve faster.
…..

How might you augment the CBP with technology? What technology? Be
specific. Look for specific software or web-based services. Consider what
you might have to do. What about the equipment you use to provide your
goods and services? List and discuss.
Vietnamese people often eat pho in the morning, before starting work. Everyone is in a hurry and
busy, so vegetarian pho restaurants located near companies will be restaurants with more
spacious premises and many staff to serve faster.
The equipment used to provide goods and services is a number of machines for making pho,
making soup, making vegetarian food, etc. Payment machine, ordering machine, air
conditioning, wifi, etc.
I was quite surprised when I went to an MCDonalds restaurant with an ordering machine. Not a
traditional restaurant (customers sit at tables and staff come to take orders or customers come to
the counter to order). All customers line up in order, order and pay in full on the order machine.
The vegetarian pho restaurant will use an order machine, perhaps this will mark a new step, the
first pho restaurant to use current technology. This will also be the restaurant's marketing
strategy, a traditional restaurant combined with modernity. Using order machines also meets the
need for speed and convenience of customers, especially office workers, students, and workers.
Promote marketing on social networking platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.

What companies might be in your supply chain? Try to find real local
companies that you will use as suppliers?

Companies in the supply chain of Vegetarian Pho will be a pho production company, a clean
vegetable company, and a company that produces vegetarian products.

Where might you locate your business?

The office and headquarters where planning and strategy for all restaurant work will be located
in Hanoi.
Pho restaurants will be located in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, locations near residential areas,
offices and densely populated areas. The restaurant is located near the street, has a wide
sidewalk, many people pass by, is not located on a one-way street and is not located in a hidden
corner that is difficult to find.
The location should not be located in a dead-end alley, an area prone to traffic jams, or in small
locations without parking, etc. This will cause inconvenience to customers when they enter your
restaurant.

What would be useful to measure to ensure that your business was operating
efficiently, profitably.
Regularly monitor ratios to measure the effectiveness of your operations. These can include
production levels, output quality, employee productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial
measures such as profitability and revenue growth.

What might the design of your business look like? (front of the house, back of
the house) Actually draw the design, think about where things should go, why
they should go there? Remember, smooth, efficient operations.
Asian-style restaurants often bring a close, cozy feeling. Traditional restaurant design still
prevails because it brings a new breeze, creating a strange attraction for customers, especially
foreign customers.
The restaurant space will be designed luxuriously, meticulously down to every detail. The
reception counter is uniquely designed with dark colors to create an attractive beauty, impressing
customers from the moment they set foot in the restaurant. The space inside the restaurant is
arranged and arranged extremely neat and tidy. The restaurant will use wooden tables and chairs
with unique and impressive pattern designs, creating attractive points and attracting customers.
Classic architecture along with unique wall paintings all help create an extremely unique and
attractive pho restaurant design space.

How might you get customer loyalty?

The delicious taste of vegetarian pho will make customers remember it forever. I want to put the
taste of the food first because the main purpose of customers coming to the restaurant is to enjoy
pho. At the same time, the service customers receive when coming to the restaurant will also be
something that makes them love and want to return to the restaurant.
How might you get the voice of the customer?
By talking directly to customers or creating surveys, this will gather valuable feedback. Use
social networks to collect customer opinions. For the food industry, customers' opinions and
tastes are really important.
