HOW SOCIAL ACCOUNTANTS AND SOCIAL EXPLORERS STUDY SOCIAL

ISSUES
Social accounting can be defined as a communication process on how social and environmental
effects of a country`s or company contribute to economic actions of a particular interest group
within society (Miller,2020). On the other hand, Social exploration can be defined as discovering
what is not known but also pre supposing a class structure where by a social class representative
explores by analysing and reporting the life and where about of a lower class.
Social explorers collect data that is qualitative, emotive, and narrative. The aim of the collected
data is to utilize the image of exploration by drawing the attention of inequalities which we have
in our societies. It also works at forcing the reader to be aware of his or her social blindness.
CHANGING FAMILY PATTERNS
SOCIAL ACCOUNTANTS
Social accountants would study the issue by focusing on things like what are the social patterns
that are changing family patterns and what effect do they have on the society and business
organizations since businesses are run by family members. It will look at issues like is there
changes to marriage, partner relationships, children and what impact does it have on the
environment and organization.
SOCIAL EXPLORERS
Social explorers will look at the issue on a different note by going deep into the personal details,
for example explorers would be more concerned with interviewing family members to
understand their stand before concluding anything. They would ask questions like why are
people marrying late these days,
RELIGION
SOCIAL ACCOUNTANTS
Social Accountants would study religion in terms of finding the effect that faith has on the
environment and organizations. For instance, in Malawi 80%of the population are Christians
therefore, Sunday is a holy day and companies are closed. The same country has Muslims who
pray to their god on Friday and yet it is declared a working day in the country and all employees
have to report for duty making it unfair to the Muslims.
SOCIAL EXPLORERS
Social explorers would study the issue by collecting data that draws the attention of in
inequalities through conducting interviews and online surveys.

JUVINILE CRIMES
SOCIAL ACCOUNTANTS
Social Accountants would study the issue by examining environmental factors, such as violent
neighbourhoods, criminal gangs, terrorist that are contributing to youth crimes and abuse. Social
accountants will further look at the cause of such scenarios such as, poor gang addicted youth,
drug exposure, war lords, aggression, abuse of mind, lack of jobs etc.
SOCIAL EXPORERS
Social explorers would use a descriptive survey which has self-score questionnaires that will be
distributed to young men or women in youth detention. The questionnaire will talk about the
extent of the crime and whether the person involved was a gang member.
ETHNIC MINORITY COMMUNITIES IN CONTEMPORARY BRITAIN
SOCIAL ACCOUNTANTS
Ethnic minorities are communities or race that has a few percentage of people in the entire
population. Social accountants would go about studying the topic by focusing on ethnic
minorities, the environment, their rural access, rural racism etc.
SOCIAL EXPLORERS
Social explorers, would look at the effect of affiliation that the minorities experienced. They will
further look on to how identification of minority ethnic groups is influenced by a group that has a
majority ethnic group.
