AGREEMENT FOR SALE

This Deed Agreement for Sale is made on this the 12 day of February, 2024

BETWEEN

LAXMI DEVI , D/o of Rit Lal Das, a resident of Tinsukia Railway Colony P.O.-
Tinsukia, P.S. Tinsukia, Dist. Tinsukia, (Assam), hereinafter called the FIRST
PARTY/SELLER (which expression shall unless inconsistent with or repugnant to the
context mean and include her heirs, successors, executors, administrators, representatives
and assigns) of the ONE PART;
AND
Latu Das , S/o of Nokil Das , resident of Loonpuria Gaon , P.O.- Panitola , P.S.-
Panitola, Dist- Tinsukia (Assam)- Herein after called the SECOND PARTY/PURCHASER
(which expression shall unless inconsistent with repugnant to the context mean and
include her heirs, successors, administrators, representative and assigns) of the OTHER
PART;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the lawful owner of a Two Wheeler Goods Vehicle No.
AS23R6951, Chassis No.ME4JF39DDH7006100, Engine No.JF39E72007940, Reg dt.-09-
05-2017, Year Mfg- 04/2017, Model - DIO.

AND WHEREAS the FIRST PARTY is in need of money has agreed to sell this aforesaid
Vehicle to the SECOND PARTY in the total consideration of amount Rs.22000/- (Twenty
Two Thousand) only.

AND WHEREAS the SECOND PARTY/PURCHASER has also agreed to purchase the
aforesaid Vehicle from the FIRST PARTY at the consideration above mentioned and also
both the parties are ready to reduce in writing all the terms and condition to avoid the
future dispute, which are as below:-

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOW:-

1. That in pursuance of the aforesaid agreement the SECOND PARTY/ PURCHASER

hereby made the full payment of Vehicle unto the FIRST PARTY/SELLER a sum of
Rs. 22000/- (Twenty Two Thousand) only.
2. The FIRST PARTY/ SELLER do hereby handed over the Vehicle including all vehicle
papers to the SECOND PARTY/PURCHASER.
3. If any paper dispute occurs in future the FIRST PARTY/ SELLER will be liable.

IN WITHNESSOF the parties hereto have signed and executed this agreement on the
day first above written.
