Role-play for launching Edu-tech app meeting

Chairperson- Good evening, everyone. Thank you very much for
being here on time. It is almost 6. Let’s get started. The
secretary, Ko Nyan Kyal will explain about the agenda first.
(Facilitator): Firstly, we will discuss how to promote our new
app at schools. In addition, we will talk about app features and
finally, we will make a final decision whether we should provide
free trial for the very first month after launched or not as a
promotion.
Chairperson: Well, let’s start with marketing manager Ko Tun
Lin. How would you execute dealing with promotion areas and
media platforms to launch the Edu-tech app?
(Tun Lin): to discuss promotion areas and media platforms
Well, since our target users are Myanmar students, I think it
would be better if we launch this app on popular social media
platforms like Facebook, telegram and Instagram. Then
advertise it at middle schools and high schools.
(Chairperson): Let’s move on to advertising. Do you think which
ways are effectives for advertising?
( Thinzar ): I come up with an idea. Visiting schools, making
campaigns, meeting students in person and explaining them
the functions of this app in details might be better for
promotion, isn’t it.
Chairperson: Thank you very much indeed, Thinzar. Before we
make a final decision, Ko Ye Htut, do you have any comment on
Thinzar’s promotion ideas?
( Ye Htut ): Sounds nice. But one thing that comes to my mind
is to explain them about the registration process. We don’t
need to do it in details. It is very easy to use. Once their
registration is finished, they can use it in no time.
Chairperson: Thank you. Is there any comment on it?
( Dim )—Speaking of how to use this app, how about giving
them free trail for one month. We could provide them free trail
and choose student’s ambassador to advertise this app.
Chairperson- I totally agree with it. Let’s implement it on the
first day of March and do a survey at school to promote this
app. Keep in mind that you all have to choose students
ambassador without procrastination. I am sure you will put all
your effort into it. Before we end up a meeting, Ko Nyan Kyal
will wrap up the things we have discussed.
(Facilitator)—So far, we have discussed how to launch this app,
its function, how to promote and providing free trial as our final
