1. What was your role in the team and how did it link
to the roles of others?
How did other members on tribute to the task?
We have a lot of team assignments this semester, and this is also the

case. As a participant, I completed this assignment with other students.

Schools are closed due to the epidemic. We have completed this

teamwork by communicating and helping each other through online

classes. A total of seven people participated in this assignment. They are

QIAN LEYAO, DU KEXIN, YU ZETAO, ZHAO HAILING, YE JIASHUO, CHEN

YIYANG and me. We followed the arrangement of the group leader CHEN

YIYANG throughout the process. He will assign different parts to each

person. Although there were some misunderstandings and language

barriers in the communication process, we all calmly completed this

time.

Of course, all the players contributed this time. All team members

completed their work according to their own responsibility. Although a

few people were a little nervous during their speeches, they finished well

in the end. Compared to those groups that didn't make any preparations,

I think we did a good job. Let me introduce the introduction. Chen

YIYANG is responsible for introducing the advantages of social

enterprises, QIAN LEYAO is responsible for demographic, geographic and

psychological statistics, ZHAO HAILING is responsible for the event

agenda, and DU KEXIN is responsible for introducing prices and photos.

2. What about your own contribution?

I think my contribution is not bad, at least it didn't cause trouble to the

team, and I completed my work on time. This time I am responsible for

the introduction of the whole introduction and explaining how to use

Shared bicycle.

introduction:

Shared bicycles have become popular in various cities in China. In less

than a month, they have been seen everywhere in the streets. These

bicycles, which can be ridden by simply scanning the QR code, solve the

problem of the last mile of citizens' travel and have won the love of many

citizens. Shared bicycles have benefited people and even the whole of

China, reducing car exhaust emissions and enabling low-carbon travel.

Indeed, shared bicycles provide a lot of convenience for people to travel,

but there are also many problems. The most obvious is random parking,

and shared bicycles have become "private" bicycles.

All things have advantages and disadvantages. With the promotion of

shared bicycles, many problems have arisen at the historic moment:

many people turn shared bicycles into exclusive use for their own

benefit, hide the bicycle after using up the bicycle, and reuse it the next

day; malicious damage Bicycles, scratched license plates, smashed car

locks, privately removed seats, pedals, etc.; there are even man-made

damages such as lost wheels or damaged vehicles. Greatly reduced

travel efficiency and caused a bad influence on society. Sharing bicycles is

also good for us. First of all, it can reduce blood cholesterol levels,

thereby preventing the formation of atherosclerotic plaques on the walls

of the heart and brain vessels and maintaining the elasticity of blood

vessels. Secondly, cycling has the function of reducing body fat and has a

significant weight loss effect. Third, because bicycles are dominated by

different sides, alternate pedaling with two feet can develop the brain

functions of the left and right sides at the same time. This is also a good

training method for the ability of neuromuscular maintenance to

maintain balance.

using method:

After downloading and installing the bike sharing app on your mobile

phone, register with your identity verification name. Check the

distribution of bicycles around on the map with your mobile phone. After

clicking the appointment, the system will automatically reserve it for 15

minutes. When you find the vehicle, scan the QR code on the frame, and

the lock will be unlocked automatically. After the ride, you can return the

car anywhere, downstairs in the company, next to the subway station, in

front of the mall, etc. If you park on the roadside, you need to park in the

designated public parking area. Of course, the parking of shared bicycles

The premise is not to affect others and social order. Users can also see

their riding route and kilometers in the mobile app, and even

automatically calculate the calories consumed and carbon emissions

saved.

3. Were there any disagreements among group members?

How did you resolve them?
During the whole process, there were indeed some differences among

the team members, such as some communication difficulties,

misunderstanding each other, and different opinions. But I think it's

normal to have differences in teamwork. Because everyone is different, it

is normal for everyone to have different opinions. Each team member

uses his brain, knowledge and ultimate experience to make decisions.

Everyone has his own reference system, and he can compare the results

of his thought process according to the reference system. Everyone has

different experiences in life, so they have their own way of handling and

thinking about specific tasks. Each of them thinks that their methods are

more suitable for achieving specific goals. Therefore, they will try to use

their methods to get the job done. So, in a team where everyone is

serious or everyone wants to contribute to their work, there will be more

conflicts. When there is only one or two initiators, there are fewer

conflicts, and the rest do not matter what is being followed.

4. How did you resolve them?
Since I am also one of the team members, I cannot be partial to any one

person. I will use the opinions of the team leader and other team

members to resolve various differences among the members. Of course,

the task of the team leader is very important at this time, because the

team leader has to work with other members to solve the problem. A

team consists of many working members, each of whom has a different

view of the problem or situation. If people with the opposite mentality

are placed on the team, these differences of opinion will be exaggerated.

It is natural for team members to disagree under certain circumstances,

and the job of the team leader is not to let these small differences

develop into stubborn conflicts.

The team leader took the following small things to build a healthy

cooperative team:

Strengthen communication-Healthy communication between team

members and with leaders is essential to achieve successful results from

teamwork. Communication develops a sense of understanding among

different people with such diverse lives.

Instill important sexy-every work team must more or less maintain

importance in the team. In any decision, no one will feel left out, even

very few.
Create an atmosphere of mutual respect-in teamwork, differences are

obvious. However, if every team member respects every other team

member, then these differences of opinion will never give way to

conflict.

Every viewpoint is important-every team member should understand

whether each viewpoint is right or wrong from a different viewpoint.

Therefore, everyone should applaud and criticize.

The leader's job is to ensure that the team's work goes on smoothly, and

that there is no reduction in team members. You can discuss ideas more

openly, leaving more room for creative dialogue. Leaders should also

understand that differences of opinion are 100% natural and not a

practical issue. The actual problem is the conflict caused by this.

5. What have you learned about the importance of evidence

in making decisions?
Yes, through this teamwork, I deeply understand the importance of

evidence in every decision. Decision-making is the soul of management,

so people continue to invest a lot of energy to optimize the decision-

making process. Managers use different methods when making

decisions, including a decision-making method that relies heavily on

analysis and algorithms and a decision-making method that relies on

intuition and adaptability. The problem with a flexible decision-making

method based on specific circumstances is that the role of evidence is

not clear. Sometimes, conclusive evidence is the key to a good or bad

decision. At other times, evidence only serves a symbolic role; evidence

is used to rationalize the decision and to show that the decision maker is

well-founded.

For example, years of research and experience tell us that evidence is

not used as frequently in the decision-making process as others have

said. For example, we previously conducted research on a financial

company, which was considering a proposal to replace its email platform

technology. The company has previously conducted two evaluations of

the email systems of major suppliers, and on both occasions it

recommended to retain existing suppliers. However, the head of a small

department with outstanding profitability and considerable influence

strongly advocated switching the email platform to better integrate with

a certain professional tool dedicated to the department. When

requesting subordinates to conduct the third large-scale analysis, a

supervisor of the company's information technology team suggested

that the manager in charge of the analysis project give a report

supporting the replacement of suppliers. A member of the analysis

project team told us: "The executives have already made up their

minds... The instruction we received was'This is the company's new

direction'. We can only obey this opinion, and we must cooperate and let
This (new supplier) became the only desirable option."

Obviously, in this case, the facts and analysis results have to be arranged

accordingly because they have to provide evidence for the decisions

made by other departments in the organization, so the idealized

decision-making process based on empirical evidence has been

subverted. We call this approach "finding evidence according to the

decision." Although many managers do not admit it, we think this

practice is actually more common.

6. What skills and abilities have you used in this exercise and
what skills did you realise you are still missing in order to be
effective in creative team projects?
Contributing my own strength as a member of the team shows that I can

apply my professional knowledge or strengths to the collective work,

thereby contributing to the entire organization. This time I tried all the

skills within my abilities to complete this team assignment. When the

work goes well, I first consider giving recognition and encouragement to

the work of my teammates. If you encounter difficulties, you should

extend a helping hand to your teammates if you can help. Because I

understand the collective goals and how to contribute to the realization

of these goals, I provided advice and help when encountering obstacles.

But sometimes there are some misunderstandings with teammates,

making them think that I am criticizing him, so that he has some bad

reactions. I admit that I need to continue to work hard to communicate

with my teammates so that my teammates can feel my sincerity.

In any case, conflicts occur between people, especially when we are all

working under tight deadlines or under certain pressure. We must

remember that a good team has an important virtue, that is, it can

gather various skills and different personalities into a synergy. If there is

indeed a disagreement, people who are good at teamwork will bring

solutions and ideas to the table and be able to accept criticism, as long

as these criticisms are as constructive as their criticisms.

I feel that my abilities in various aspects have not yet reached the

standard in my mind. For example, I am far from insufficient in

communication and innovation, so I will practice more in this aspect in

the future and try to try new things to improve my innovation ability. It is

sometimes not easy to become good at teamwork. It takes time and

experience. However, if you stick to it, keep your original intention, and

always respect others, you will surely become a member of the winning

team.

7. Reflection on personal and professional development.

I summarized my abilities in various aspects and found that my language

skills are still good, followed by my professional knowledge reserves such

as marketing and management, etc., but I still lack many abilities,

especially practical skills. In the future, you need to develop the

following abilities:

Exercise my own ability and creativity in solving problems independently;

participate in professional-related vacation work, write contracts and

exchange work experience, and improve my sense of responsibility.

Exercise writing skills during college and master how to do a good job in

marketing survey reports to be published after completing market

surveys. When writing professional academic articles, I put forward my

own opinions and exercise myself.
