1. Is the Gmail app more efficient than the Outlook mail app? Why or why not?

- As a user of both apps, I consider that Outlook is more efficient than Gmail because it is faster,

provides more tools and, usually, notifies in real time. When I am using Outlook, it is more

organized than when I use Gmail. Talking about tools, I consider that Teams from Outlook

provides more time in a meeting than Gmail's tool for meetings, which allows only 1 hour per

gathering. I have noticed how Outlook has grown (it was called Hotmail before) and comparing

the time that has passed and the technological improvements that society has known, I prefer

Outlook and consider it to be the most efficient, organized and safe app.

2. Are smartphones as productive as computers nowadays? Explain why?

- No, I consider that there are some things that smartphones could improve to be as productive

as computers. I have realized that sometimes cellphones cannot have as much internal space as

computers, and usually they reheat when a heavy task is required. Another advantage of

computers is that they can now be carried out everywhere. I understand and appreciate all the

advantages and improvements that cellphones have had in the last few years, but personally, I

prefer computers when it comes to productivity.

3. Are smartphones as expensive as laptops in the Colombian market? Why do you think

so?
- Yes, there are some smartphones that are as expensive as laptops or even more expensive than

laptops. I consider that it depends on the features and tools the smartphone has, because due to

the improvements that some cellphones have, the product is going to be more expensive than a

basic computer.

1. Has Colombia changed to offer better living conditions for people? Why or why not?

- Yes, I consider that comparing the past situation of migrants, displaced persons and affected by

violence, the conditions of living has changed. The government provides more helps and spaces

for people who do not have where to live. An example of this is the pandemic, lots of people lost

their jobs and the government help them.

2. Was your neighborhood transformed into a more modern place over the past years?

- Yes, I live in Bosa and the place where I live now is totally different from the Bosa I used to

live few years ago, I consider it was not only government help, but people cooperation and team

work.

3. How can you help to make a positive change in the society? Explain your reasons.
- Small actions are not small because every effort is important in order to provide a better day to

others, I consider that helping others, providing them my support, love and advice is a way to

change the society. I consider that provide values and express them is important, this also with

my children. They are my hope and I consider that provide values to your children is one

important thing to provide to the future society. In addition, as woman I consider myself to

inspire and move more woman, my mother, my sisters and daughters are my inspiration and I

consider I can inspire them too. The purpose every day is to be better, authentic and proud of

who I am, and I consider that being that way contributes to a society where everyone has the

right to be themselves.

4. Do you think good communication is important to change society?

- Yes, I consider a good communication can change a lot of things, we can avoid

misunderstandings and we can get to know more when we communicate. This improves

empathy, compassion and cooperation.

5. What social media do you prefer to use to communicate effectively? Why?

- I prefer to use Whatsapp and Facebook, I consider that they are easily to use and most of the

times are fast. Also, majority of people use them, so it is easy to get in touch using this apps.

6. What is the best way to stay in touch with people nowadays? Why?
- All the ways you can use are the bests, if you are far from someone you can use social media, if

you are face to face you can just have a coffee and talk.
