In Today's society, to have good relationships, we need to have communication. And we
have two main communication methods that are face-to-face communication and
communication through social networks. In each mode of communication there will be
things I like and dislike:
About face-to-face communication:
- What I like about face-to-face communication is that we can convey emotions
more easily. Therefore, we have more trust in each other at work. Besides, face-to-
face communication also helps you improve your communication skills and
thereby be more confident in front of the crowd.
- And about the dislike of this method is there are meetings that will not be possible
to meet in person due to distance or some other reason such as illness, COVID-19,
…
About communication through social networks:
- Advantages: We can talk to each other anytime, anywhere quickly. Very suitable
for unexpected meetings.
- Disadvantages: They are highly dependent on technology and networks. If we
don't have technology equipment or a network connection, we won't be able to do
the meeting.

do you prefer when you want to communicate with the
business’s customer service department ? Why?
As a customer, I will choose phone and social media forums to communicate with the
business's customer service department. I chose these two ways because the store I go to
is an electronics store. If there is a technical problem with the product, I can contact the
staff by phone and get more detailed instructions on how to fix the problem by phone.
From there I will follow the instructions step by step and be able to fix the error of the
device. And about the social media forum, it will be a place for all customers to share the
device problems they have, and the store technical team will answer how to fix it there.
And customers who then visit the forum if they have the same problem will be able to
follow the instructions there to fix it.
TEST 7: Describe a premium service that you know or have
experienced.
Last summer I had a very interesting trip. And I have experienced premium service about
tourism. That service will give you more priority than normal service for example. When
you travel to a place with a lot of tourists, if you use the premium service, you will have
more priority to use all kinds of services. Or when you get on the plane you don't have to
wait in line, you'll have priority access to the plane. Moreover, you get to stay in high
quality rooms and your dishes will be prepared by famous chefs. I am really satisfied
with those services. It gives me really good experience and I am willing to spend more
money to be able to enjoy those services.

I'm a foodie so I often take a walk around my campus to try a few different restaurants. I
have tried many dishes at each restaurant but the place that I like the most is the store that
sells processed products from chicken such as fried chicken, roasted chicken, grilled
chicken…
However, a recent holiday experience at this restaurant made me unsatisfied. Because of
the large number of customers, I had to wait in line for a long time and when I called the
staff, there was no response because all the staff were busy. I think the restaurant needs to
improve this issue so that customers can have a better experience in the following ways:
The restaurant can develop on an online platform so that customers can order food before
coming to the restaurant so there is no need to wait in long lines to order their favorite
food. Besides, on holidays, there will be a lot of customers coming to the main store, so it
is necessary to hire more staff to be able to meet the needs of that number of customers. I
hope to have a better experience with this store in the future.

successful in online markets. Imagine you also want to be a

Nowadays, technology development is happening very fast. Therefore, people's lives are
more and more dependent on technology. So online business will be very suitable for the
current situation. And I also follow that trend by selling gaming equipment. I plan to
trade them on e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada... they are very popular
commerce sites in Vietnam. I decided to choose those sites because most people know
about it and it's quite convenient for people because they can comfortably shop for the
things they like at home. The product price when posted on these sites is also better than
the market because its tax will be less. In addition, there are many discounts at the
beginning of the month that will encourage more people to buy. Although there are many
benefits, but besides that, there is also an inconvenience when business online. Because
anyone can sell, you will have a lot of competition and it will be difficult for you to
develop a brand of your own. Ignoring those inconveniences, online business is still a
very popular trend and will grow more and more in the future.

TEST 4: Your company would like to introduce a store or

product to a new international market. As a marketing

Today I will introduce to you a culinary brand that is about to be announced to the
market. This food shop was founded by myself to deal in specialty foods from all over
my country. My first store is planning to open in the center of Ho Chi Minh city and then
my plan is to open to other areas of the country and even to foreign markets. My
restaurant will have reasonable prices for everyone so that everyone can enjoy the
delicious food of my country. Although there are many conditions for development, but
besides that, I also have many difficulties to face. I'm going to have to deal with big food
brands that have been around for many years and some of them run the same business as
me. However, I have found a few ways to compete with them, that is, I will offer many
discounts and also select quality food sources to create trust for customers.

TEST 3: Imagine that you are attending a year-end meeting

with your teacher and other classmates. Every participant

Today I will tell you about my biggest project this past summer. It was a campaign
organized by my province to plant about thirty thousand trees all over the hills of my
province. Because of over-exploitation and forest fires, the number of trees gradually
decreases, leading to very dangerous landslides and flash floods.
While implementing this campaign, I and other young volunteers go to the forest every
day to plant trees from 14:00 to 17:00. Because the number of members is quite large, we
plant about 500 trees every day. And after more than 2 months this campaign was
completed and the entire hills were covered with trees.
During this campaign we also encountered many difficulties in weather as well as on the
road. The summer weather is quite hot, so people quickly get tired and the rough road
makes it difficult to go. But we all overcame them and completed the mission. It was
really a very enjoyable experience for me.

The main source of energy current used in my country is fossil fuels like coal, oil, natural
gas, etc. This energy source has greatly helped the development of the country's energy
industry.
It provides gas for families to live, provides gasoline to operate machinery in industry
and for the daily vehicles that we travel. Besides, the export of petroleum and gas also
brings our country a lot of money, contributing to the development of the country's
economy.
Although the use of fossil energy is quite good, but because it pollutes the environment a
lot, people are now looking for and switching to new types of energy such as wind
energy, water energy, solar energy,... there are more environmentally friendly.
However, the conversion cannot be done quickly because it has to use many new
technological equipment that our country does not have much and it takes a long time to
install it. And people are so familiar with current energy sources that replacing them
quickly is an impossibility.

In my opinion, a good employee to be respected by employers needs at least 3 following
skills. First, you must know how to set goals. Knowing how to set goals will give you a
clear picture of what you need to do. Only then will you be motivated to try and develop
at work. Secondly, you need to have a good attitude at work. Because in the working
environment there will be a lot of pressure, so you need to have a good attitude at work as
well as towards people around you. Finally, you need to have a good communication skill
because in the process of working you will contact a lot of people. If you have a good
communication skill, they will have a good impression of you. About myself, I think I'm
honest and good at listening and planning. Besides, I need to learn more communication
skills to be more confident when communicating with people around. I can practice
learning that by interacting with more people and learning good things from them from
people who are better than me. We should practice to accumulate those skills and
experiences because they will be very useful to us when we apply for jobs later.
