suitable with Focu Meu pizza because the grape can go fine with
the spicy tastes in the dish. This wine has medium alcohol, dry
and has fruity flavour, which really fits with the spicy, rich flavour
in the pizza.
2. Puzza – White pizza with Italian mascarpone cheese, mozzarella and gorgonzola
cheeses, mushrooms and Italian ham – sweet, creamy and rich

creamy taste. In addition, Puzza has Italian ham will bring a little
fat taste in the pizza. Therefore, a good pair with wine is a wine
that have high tannin, because tannin really fits with daily

this wine has a high tannins that this white pizza really fits with
and the full-bodied structures, intense aromas will help the flavour

taste. Therefore, we will look for a wine that has light or medium

wine, it has light body, fresh taste which can help balance the

not have the fat meats, therefore, can be combined with this
