In celebration of the 1st Occupational Medicine Week, the Hospital Administration department, in
collaboration with the Occupational Safety and Health Office, would like to encourage your office to
attend a 4-hour seminar on March 21, 2023 (1:00PM - 4:00PM) at the AVR of St. Dominic College of Asia.
The seminar will focus on the importance of maintaining good health while working, including tips on how
to stay healthy while on the job, the benefits of regular check-ups, and preventative measures to avoid
injury or illness.

As healthcare professionals, we understand how demanding your jobs can be, which is why it is essential
to prioritize your health and well-being. By attending this seminar, you will learn practical strategies to
maintain your physical and mental health, even in high-stress environments.

Moreover, representatives from Employee Compensation Commission and Pag-IBIG Fund will also be
