ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
● Electrical control panel assembly and wiring , Enclosure assembly ,lineup auxilary
wire preparing , prep to ship , pre and final inspection of panel .
● Establish daily ,weekly and monthly objectives and communicate with team
member , Star cap of P&D (Planning &Delievery )Lead and guide my team to achieve
more quality work .
● Read and Analyze electrical schematic ,assembly drawing and components
drawing . Perform panel assembly of TCS (Turbine control system) and DCS
(Distribution control system ).
● Performing cable cutting ,stripping and crimping which is use for auxilary circuit
connection in control panel .
● Eliminating quality defects by using Root cause analysis and make quality alerts .
Performing PFMEA and DFMEA activities in production quality .
● Responsible for preparation and establishment of planned and expected
production capacity usage through monthly and quarterly plans in order to fulfill
sales needs and to maintain most economical capacity usage.
● Maintaining design outputs (BOM’s & Drawings) and circulating the same to the
concerned depts.
● Tracking action for the availability of raw materials and the other resources for the
production.
● Identifying small improvements in manufacturing process & implements them
with Kaizen stored use the production cycle time.
● Identifying unsafe conditions on assembly station & initiates action to eliminate
them.
● Preparing of monthly production plan & day-wise production schedules
