POST DISBURSAL FOLLOW UP & SUPERVISION OF LOANS ADVANCES SANCTIONED INCLUDING RENEWALS (QUARTER)
Details of overdue bills purchased/ advance bills outstanding and the steps taken by the branch for their adjustment.
1. Verify that branch is allowing excess drawing/ overdrafts within the delegated powers.
2. In case of excess drawing/ overdrafts allowed beyond delegated powers, branch is immediately seeking confirmation
from competent authority by reporting the same in the prescribed format and confirmations received are being kept
in record. Deficiency, if any, to be reported.
3. Overdrafts or excess allowed within discretionary powers but remaining outstanding beyond stipulated period has
also to be reported here.

1. Verify that the entries in sensitive accounts, namely, clearing adjustment, D.P.W.A., service branch, S.I.B.R. are
being properly routed and adjusted within reasonable time. Deficiency, if any, to be reported.
