All receipts should have recipient name, account number used, amount paid and a
timestamp/date of transaction. Also include the student’s name in the comment section.
 To avoid mistakes please read carefully:

• The easiest payment method is WiPay. It’s online, immediate, secure, and easy to
track and verify.

• Fast Deposits are our least preferred method. If used as a last resort, please put our
contact number – +1868784-0619 on the receipt and ensure that the receipt is
stamped and properly filled out using our CORRECT account names.

• Receipts for all payments must be sent to the admin and uploaded unto our online
system using the quick receipt upload form. WhatsApp admin for any help.

• The Student Hub Bank accounts are in the respective Chaguanas Branches (FCB and
Republic Bank). You can pay at any branch of the banks in Trinidad. You do not need
to go to Chaguanas to make payments.

• Bank Transfers can be online, or you can opt to do a walk-in deposit over the teller.

• If you are doing payments using bank deposits, be sure to get a valid receipt and send
a copy of it to the admin. It is a good idea to keep copies of banking receipts as well.

• Classes run uninterrupted until May 2023

• After each teaching Cycle, The Student Hub stops hosting class content on our google
drives. As such, at the end of each teaching cycle, access to the Drives is lost as well.

• If you leave the class and re-join later on, you incur a cover fee of 100 TTD/ 16USD for
every month, per subject. This covers the recorded lessons and notes you would get
from that period.
