N/B- Parents can purchase school uniforms at any shop/distributors of their choice.

4) POCKET MONEY
Pocket money, including fare, should be provided to the student by parents/guardians.
In order to reduce cases of loss of pocket money by students, parents are encouraged to open bank
accounts for their sons’ pocket money, which they can access through the ATM CARDs given by
respective banks e.g EQUITY bank, CO-OP bank and KCB bank.
Liaise with respective banks for more information.
Give only a reasonable amount of pocket money – not too much and not too little –
a minimum of Ksh. 500/=. The school will not be held responsible for any money lost by students.

5) SPECIAL DIET
The school does not, whatsoever, offer a special diet. Should a Doctor recommend a special diet for
your son, please, make individual arrangements on how to provide the same through the guidance of
the school administration.

6) SCHOOL STUDENTS’ GUIDE


You will find herein enclosed a copy of School Students’ Guide/ regulations acceptance declaration
form. Please read it and sign it. Your parents/guardians should also sign the same.

STUDENTS/PARENTS ACCEPTANCE DECLARATION FORM

1. I do accept to adhere to all school academic programmes including attending lessons,


preps and taking exams as scheduled by the school.
2. I promise to use the set out channels to air out my challenges to the authorities including
the Student Baraza, held once a month.
3. I accept to adhere to the instructions governing the school dining
hall and promise not to enter the kitchen unless I am a student leader who is authorized to do so
with permission from the Caterer/ss and/or Boarding Master(s). I do not expect any privilege(s)
from the kitchen unless such is authorized by the staff and only if I am entitled to such
privilege(s).
4. I promise to abide by the school routine as set out.
5. I shall maintain silence while in the tuition block and residential areas at all times.
6. I understand that it is illegal to own/possess weapons, cell-phones, Sim Cards, radios and/or
any other electronic gadgets (excluding scientific calculators).
7. I shall always be in complete school uniform and official games kit at the designated
times.
8. I shall follow correct channels of communication – the right protocol and that each office
from that of a student leader to the Chief Principal shall be respected.
9. If I am involved in any breach of the school rules (stealing, bullying, noise making,
going out to unauthorized areas, fighting, playing truant, abuse of drugs, sneaking out of
school, interaction with unauthorized persons) I shall be met with serious disciplinary
action(s).
10. I understand that the spiritual programme of the school shall be honoured and adhered to.
Morning mass on the stipulated days shall be adhered to and evening prayers shall be followed
strictly.
11. I understand that addressing gatherings so as to cause disaffection and discontent is
illegal and that any gathering being addressed in school MUST involve the concerned teachers.
These include House meetings, class meetings etc and that all meetings MUST have minutes.

SCHOOL STUDENTS’ GUIDE
1. All students are expected to follow the school programmes strictly and exercise the
Use of Common Sense.
2. Students are required to dress in the school uniform at all times – white long sleeved shirt
with school badge, light gray trouser, black shoes and gray stockings with blue and white
stripes and games uniform at game time. Civilian clothing is NOT allowed.
3. Punctuality to class and other places of work must be observed.
4. All students shall observe and participate in personal and general cleanliness throughout
the term.
5. Games activities are compulsory for all students, unless exempted by a doctor.
6. All students must sit for the Continuous Assessment Tests (C.A.Ts) in all subjects they
undertake. This is a compulsory exercise as it accounts for fifty percent (50%) of the
terminal tests’ records.
7. All meals are to be served and eaten from the dining hall using approved utensils and
nowhere else – unless a student is unwell.
8. All students shall take care of their personal property at all times.
9. No student shall be allowed out of the compound without permission. Any student with a
good reason to go out of the school compound MUST get an exit-chit from the Boarding
Master. The Chief Principal or Deputy Principal shall be the only ones to permit those going
for overnight stay.
10. Any student who without prior adequate explanation reports late from home after the
school’s opening must be accompanied by the Parent or Guardian.
11. School property MUST be respected, used appropriately and cared for. Any form of
vandalism shall not be acceptable and if engaged in will be subject to replacement.
12. Any serious challenge should be reported immediately to student leaders and/or teachers,
and or teachers on duty or/and the Deputy Principal or/and the Chief Principal.

The Parents Association (PA) Project for the year 2024, was passed by parents. It will be KShs
5,000.00 (Five thousand Only), and to be paid in Term 1 as indicated in the structure.
