    I, Chhay Hong Heng, Head judge of The Commonwealth of CANZUK appoint Honorable

    Volzee as acting party leader of the Liberal party, future members of this party whom

    they will elect as an actual leader and when this happens is entirely up to the Liberal

    Party, But the future leader(s) must gain majority support FROM ALL MEMBERS for

    their leadership to be with legal status and recognized of the Court and Government
