Lack of self-analysis and self-reflection is one of the weaknesses of the Filipino character . Give your reaction Self-reflection is the way of knowing yourself and having a discussion with yourself. No one can deny the importance of self-reflection. It increases emotional self-awareness and integrity about values. It is just like you are looking into the mirror and describing your strengths, weaknesses, and fears. Though sometimes we Filipino forget that we are not perfect we tend do mistakes, because we compare our self to others, settings standard to others. we forgot to be grateful and hhow truly we are blessed on the thing we have. 5. Can there be a “meaningful change “without Values Education? Why? It is essential to have values education in order to create meaningful change. Values education helps individuals to understand the importance of certain values and how they can be used to create positive change in society. 10.H lost a huge amount in gambling. Does it have any implication to
the conjugal partnership? How about if H won. Would your answer be the same? Why.
The law says if H loses on gambling the it has nothing to do
with the conjugal property. Nevertheless, if H won the laws says I should be charged to the conjugal property. Any loss incurred by a spouse during the marriage in any game of chance or in betting, sweepstakes, or any other kind of gambling whether permitted or prohibited by law, shall be borne by that spouse, and shall not be charged to the conjugal partnership. 12. Debts contracted by either spouse without the consent of the other shall be chargeable against the community property. Give your comment .
One of the spouses contracts a loan and the common
property will sometimes be held responsible in case the contracting spouse defaults in his obligation. The liability of the common property will depend on the type of transaction and other factors provided by law. It would depend if the other spouse had knowledge and consent of the transaction. If the husband sold the property without the consent and knowledge of the wife, then the sale is void. However, the transaction shall be considered as a continuing offer and may be perfected upon acceptance of the other spouse. On the other hand, if the husband sold the community property with the knowledge but without the consent of the wife, the contract is merely annullable.

As a result of their marriage, the couple will share in all of their financial and other assets. This occur to support the needs of their married life or family life. Kids’ education, rental taxes, food and any daily family life consumptions.
15. According to Article 215 of the Family Code , “ No members of
the family shall be allowed to testify against one another “. ( Discuss briefly ) The Philippines is very sensitive when it comes to family matters. As much as possible family’s integrity must be protected. There are circumstances that a family must testify with accordance with law; there will always be an exemption. When a family member is treat for other family member. There is no perfect family, but values are perfect if we follow.
