As a recent graduate in Computational Software Techniques in Engineering Design from Cranfield

University, with a specialization in Design, Development, and Optimization, I bring a wealth of skills
and experiences gained during my tenure as a New Product Development Engineer at Delphi Diesel
Fuel Systems in Chennai, India. In my role at Delphi, I honed a diverse range of design and development
skills, particularly in adhering to the rigorous five phases of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
to ensure seamless product development activities. My primary responsibilities included spearheading
the manufacturing process, from selection to validation, to guarantee compliance with APQP
standards. Noteworthy achievements include the successful execution of projects such as the Diesel
Fuel Pump for Tata Motors and capacity increment of injectors for Tata, Hyundai, and Volvo.
Furthermore, I actively contributed to enhancing product quality by designing and implementing Poke-
Yoke techniques in production, effectively mitigating human and process errors and increasing First-
Time Quality (FTQ). During my tenure, I also devoted my free time to furthering my knowledge in
product validation, particularly in rust prevention and eliminating excess fuel backing.

Driven by a lifelong passion for automotive and technology, I have cultivated a robust skill set in CAD
(SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo), CAE (Ansys, Abaqus), and CFD (Fluent), enabling me to leverage design for
manufacture principles and analyse test data to inform design decisions effectively. I am eager to thrive
in a demanding and fast-paced environment, and joining the diverse and dynamic team at AVL
Powertrain would provide me with a valued opportunity to apply my exceptional social attitude, global
mindset, and advanced engineering skills.
