Hospices de Beaune Auction
• Every year on the third sunday of november, The
Hospices of Beaune organize an important auction for
the benefit of local hospitals and charities.

• They sell wine by Burgundy barrel called « Pièce » (228


litres), made by Christie’s since 2005.

• 48 cuvées

• 2015: 583 pièces sold for more than 10 000 000 euros.

Claude Lelouch, georgian pianist Khatia Buniatishvili and
the french actress Valérie Bonneton play the role of
auctioneer, on november 2016 in Beaune.
