    Dear Parents,

    As the holidays are fast approaching, we would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes
    to complete the form below and return to the nursery. This will allow us to allocate staff
    holidays over the holiday period and order the correct amount of food for the centre.

    I must also let you know that we will not be taking any requests for extra sessions over these
    2 weeks of festivities.

    The nursery will close at 1.00pm on Friday 22nd December and re-open on Wednesday 27th
    December. The nursery will also be closed again at 1:00pm on Friday 29th December and will
    re-open on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
