FUEL STATION CONTRACT

SCILaid, Betaland Country Office (in further text 'the buyer')


and
Betagaz Limited (in further text 'the Seller')
have concluded the following:-

CONTRACT NO: SCBETA004

FOR THE PROVISION OF DIESEL FUEL

ARTICLE 1:

This contract stipulates the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer in regard to the provision of diesel
fuel by the seller, i.e. purchase of diesel fuel by the buyer. Purchased products are for the exclusive use of the
buyer.

ARTICLE 2:

Product to be purchased are: Gas oil (diesel) D-2

ARTICLE 3:

The quantities to be purchased will be taken from the stipulated pump stations:

BETAGAZ, 12 Star Avenue, Dhetra


BETAGAZ, 56 John Drend Avenue, Mugla
BETAGAZ, 123 Riverside Road, Chagong

ARTICLE 4:

Before refuelling the vehicles, the buyer is obliged to present his/her ID card to the seller.

Upon each refuelling, the seller shall present a “delivery form” which must be signed by the authorised SCILaid
representatives.

The delivery form must include the following information:

Date of refuelling
Service station
Buyer’s name
ID card number
Vehicle registration plate number
Actual km of the vehicle
Quantity taken

The original of each delivery form should be delivered to the buyer.

ARTICLE 5:
The seller guarantees a fixed price of 16.10 Betaland Dollars (Sixteen Betaland Dollars and 10 Cents) which is to
be honoured through the validity of this contract.

Price can be renegotiated if International Crude Oil price is fluctuating more than 15%.

ARTICLE 6:

Provided that the invoices and other supporting documents are submitted by the seller to the buyer no later than
the 25th of each month and provided that the seller has performed his obligation to the satisfaction of the buyer,
the buyer shall effect the payment of given invoice before the end of the month.

Payment of all invoices should be made in Betaland dollars.

ARTICLES 7:

This contract is valid from (date) and shall remain valid for 6 months, unless terminated by any of the contracting
parties. Before terminating the contract a 30 (thirty) days advance notice thereof must be given to the other
party in writing.

ARTICLE 8:

Any claim or controversy arriving out of this Contract, or to the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be
settled by arbitration to the exclusion of national jurisdiction in accordance with the rules governing arbitration as
set out by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law as at present in force, subject to such
modification as the parties may agree in writing. The parties agree to be bound by any arbitration award
rendered in accordance with this paragraph as final adjudication of any such claim or controversy.
