Civil Engineer Job Advertisement.

Are you a recent graduate in Civil Engineering, ready to kick-start your career in
a dynamic and challenging environment? We are seeking a motivated and
talented individual to join our team as a Civil Engineer with 1-3 years’ work
experience.

Position: Civil Engineer

Location: Nairobi, and other counties within Kenya

Responsibilities:

 Project Management: Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from

conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
 Design and Analysis: Utilize engineering software to create detailed designs
and construction drawings. Perform calculations for structural, geotechnical, and
hydraulic aspects of projects.
 Field Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure
compliance with design specifications, and address any on-site challenges.
 Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their
concerns, providing project updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
 Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including
architects, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines, to achieve project goals.
 Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to ensure the
accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering.
 Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
 Strong project management skills.
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 PE (Professional Engineer) license or progress toward obtaining one is a plus.
