    SUB:TO APPOINT SENIOR COUNSEL IN MY CONNECTED WRIT APPEALS


    CASE NO:1447 OF 2016 & WA NO:524 OF 2016.

    It is submitted that i approached this legal services in january first week for free
    legal aid and submitted all my documents on 11/01/2024 for filing fresh writ
    petition for conducting survey/demarcation but retainer sir opined that fresh writ
    petition cannot be filed as already connected writ appeals no:1447 of 2016 &wano:
    524 of 2016 are pending and opined that on same dispute fresh writ petition cant be
    filed and opined that if i need advocate in my writ appeals advocate can be
    appointed i am ok with retainer opinion hence i request you to appoint senior
    advocate in my writ appeals and get my writ appeal no:1447 of 2016 allowed and
    get writ appeal no:524 of 2016 dismissed as early as possible.
