Visa Fees: AU$ 405 need to transfer to Australia Immigration Airfare Payable to Travel Agent
Insurance Fees : AU$20 per week = AU$1120 Payable to Australian Insurance Company.
Eligibility:
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
a) Be between the age of 18-35 years.
b) Minimum of 3 years education in hospitality.
c) Minimum 12-18 months full time work experience with leading hotel chains (Min.4-5
Star). {6 Months Industrial Training in one department will also consider}
d) Be a recent graduate within 18 months of course completion.
e) Upper intermediate- Advanced English Language Skills.
❖ Important Notice:
➢ The above program fees can be change any time by the Sponsor Company without
any prior notice.
➢ It is mandatory to make the AUD Sponsor Payment by JOJO FOREX, & there will be
bank commission of $45 for each transaction.
➢ Make Payment By NEFT/Online Transfer or Cheque or DD in Favour of:
"JOJO INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD”

Cash payment won’t be considered as a registration.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Rs.1,500/- will be non-refundable, as an admin & service charge

2. Once applicant starts the process, The Registration Fees Rs.10000 and the Application fees
AU$1000 will be non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Once applicant gets a positive assessment, all work reference checked, applicant moves to
Program admissions. At this stage, applicant will pay 50% Deposit of the Program fee i.e.
$2500 to activate him in the program to arrange a final interview with Australian Hotel &
Restaurant Companies.
4. Once the final application is accepted for the Internship and after issuing the Letter of
Acceptance, 50% Deposit of the Program fee i.e. $2500 will be non-refundable under any
circumstances.
5. If applicant fails in interview, they will get two opportunities to attend the interview if still
applicant cannot pass the Interview, then the Paid fees (Rs.10000 + $1000 + $2500) will be
non-refundable.
6. Retention of Money on Case of Visa Ineligibility & Cancellation by Intern:
JOJO International will not be liable for any visa changes which deem the Intern ineligible
following the application and activation of an intern, If this agreement is terminated following
the activation of an intern due to visa regulation changes JOJO International will retain the
non-refundable application fee. The following applies for the remaining program and service
fees:
a. 50% deposit of program fee will be refunded in cases where internship negotiations have
not yet commenced.
b. The 50% deposit of program fees will be non-refundable once internship program
negotiations have commenced; if an intern has participated in one or more interviews or if
the intern has secured an internship and signed the Training Agreement.
c. Once full program fees are paid, 50% of the program fee following the signing of the
Training Agreement will be reimbursed in cases if deemed ineligible due to visa regulation
changes post application activation.
d. The administration and processing fees are non-refundable in cases where JOJO
International has commenced visa processing and collation of visa documentation,
irrespective of regulation changes.
e. The visa application and nomination fees will be refunded in cases where the visa has not
been lodged with the department of immigration. once the visa has been lodged, irrespective
of regulation changes, the fees are non-refundable.
f. Once an offer letter issued, a cancellation fine fee of AU$ 1000 will be imposed as
cancellation fee. Interns who have paid a 50% deposit of the program fee according to the 3rd
Instalment are exempt from the cancellation fee but the application fee and 50% Deposit of
the program fee will be non-refundable.
7. In case of Failure to arrange the Internship, JOJO International will retain the non-refundable
application fee and cancellation fee of 25% of the program fees is payable to Australian
Internships or if applicable the 50% Deposit as outlined in 3rd installment will not be refunded.
8. No refund will be given to applicants who have obtained their visa including changing jobs,
termination of internship, fault of Intern, breaches the agreement, and / or early departure.
9. No refund will be given if the visa is denied because the trainee gives false information to the
consulate / embassy about qualifications, employment, or any other supporting documents.
10. JOJO International failure to perform any term of this agreement in the event of Force
Majeure, as a result of conditions beyond our control such as, but not limited to,
governmental restrictions or subsequent legislation, labor disputes or stoppages, national or
regional emergencies, war, strikes, acts of God, act of terrorism or pandemics events shall not
be deemed a breach of this Agreement.
11. Processing Time may take longer depend on applicant documentation & Internship’s
availabilities. JOJO International is not responsible for immigration processing times. Standard
processing time may vary, but an indication for the 407 visas is 14-1620-24 weeks. JOJO
International makes no representations, undertakings, or warranties that the intern will
obtain a Visa on or before the projected processing period.
