1st Installment : Registration Fee INR 10,000/-
2nd Installment: After the Offer letter INR 20,000/-
(Signed offer letter & payment should be done within 5 days
otherwise your offer letter will be cancelled)
Final Payment: After the Visa INR 15,000/-

Total Cost INR 45,000/-
+ GST 18%
1. General Terms
1.1. No application will be processed until we receive the application fee together with all
application documentation.
1.2. JOJO asks that all payments are made within 7 days of a payment request being
issued.
1.3. We recognize that there can be delays with bank transfers. Please email or fax bank
transfer confirmation of payment to JOJO so we may easily and promptly identify the inward
transfer.
1.4. Please note: JOJO is unable to arrange the visa support documentation unless full
program and service fees are received. We encourage our applicants to make prompt
payment so there are no delays with visa submission.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
2.1. Once the application accepted, Rs.1,000/- will be non refundable, as an admin &
service charge.
2.2. If a Candidate wishes to cancel their application they must advise JOJO in
writing and you will get the refund as per our Refund Policy:
If no interview has been scheduled within 4 Months INR 9000/- Refundable

If you won’t get selected by Employer after the Interview INR 9000/- Refundable
If you don’t attend the interview twice arranged by us INR 10000/- Non Refundable
If you withdraw after Selection/Offer Letter INR 30000/- Non Refundable
If you withdraw after the Visa INR 45000/- Non Refundable
2.3. No refund will be issued to any clients submitting fraudulent or misleading information
and/or documentation.
2.4. No refund is given at any time after confirmation and acceptance of the placement by
the candidate.
2.5. No refund is given after the placement has commenced.
2.6. No refund will be issued to candidates making alternate arrangements or alternate

placements.
2.7. No refund will be issued if the applicant terminated by the Employer for any reason or
Medical Unfit.
2.8. Incase of Medically Unfit/ Negative feedback from reference check, Rs. 10000/- will be
non refundable.
2.9. After receiving the refund form, the refund process will take 45 days. Visa Fees, Postal
Charges and GST non refundable.
3. Important Note: You have to work as per Employer’s 2yrs Contract.
In case you resign during the first year of service before completion of Contract, you
will be required to reimburse the Employer all costs related to bringing you to
Employer including agency fees, visa related costs, training costs and relocation
expenses.
