• Should have knowledge of administering and suppor�ng an enterprise-level Microso� Exchange

infrastructure
• AD connect and ADFS server
• Manage and Monitor Azure Cloud environment
• Design and implement monitoring, configura�on management and repor�ng func�ons that will make a
hands-off environment
• Ensuring the opera�onal health of the O365 online /on premise environment including security,
availability, performance, interoperability and reliability
• Define and document best prac�ces and support procedures
• Provide a�er-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend
maintenance
• Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required.
• Design, install and configure internal and customer facing servers
• Knowledge of basic Vmware administra�on
• Facilita�ng training and educa�ng end-users on O365 capabili�es and collabora�on tools (OneDrive,
Skype, OneNote, Outlook etc)
• Conduct rou�ne monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evalua�on, system and storage
u�liza�on reports, site and system usage, growth reports etc
• Scheduled /Unscheduled repor�ng on various parameters in O365
• Mentor / cross train team members on exis�ng and new technologies

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area) preferred.
• Microso� Cer�fica�on (MCSE) or equivalent cer�fica�on in relevant programs desired.
• Advance knowledge of O365 specially Exchange, Skype for business and other 0365 product
• Advance knowledge of Azure cloud
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2008/2012/2016) /desktop Opera�ng Systems (8.1/10)
• Microso� Exchange 2016 or latest, Microso� O365
• Ac�ve Directory/LDAP user and group administra�on
• Ability to troubleshoot server issues including back bone infrastructure issues
• Knowledge of power shell
• Knowledge of virtual environment
• Managing more than 100 Windows Server infrastructures
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN networking
• Group Policy configura�on
• Strong communica�on and documenta�on skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Must be organized and can manage projects of varying length
• Posi�ve, self-mo�vated individual who can complete tasks independently
• Must be a team player
