As a Cloud Engineer for Azure in Axis Bank, you are joining a team that invests in your success by

keeping your existing technical skills honed and develop new ones so you can make meaningful
contributions to long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
 Working in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-
based solutions for the company.
 Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
 Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices
throughout the development lifecycle.
 Employing exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they
snowball into problems.
 Provisioning Cloud Infra Setup with best practices implementation.
 Skilled at working in tandem with a team of engineers, or alone as required.
 Automation and standardization using code based deployment
 Monitoring cloud setup and resolving issues reported on the

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; Master’s degree a plus.
 Certification as an Azure Solutions Architect, Cloud Security Certification, and/or OpenStack
Administrator Certification a plus. (Other cloud-related certification also a plus.)
 Three to five years’ experience in a Cloud Engineer role or related position.
 Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP
 and distributed networks.
 Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing
tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace.
 Interest in Cloud Engineering and its impact on greater business practices.
 Should have trouble-shooting skills to work on issues and derive an RCA for future reference .

Role Proficiencies:
 Hands-on deployment knowledge of Azure Cloud components
 Worked on various Azure managed services .
 Azure cloud components best practices implementation
 Working Knowledge of AKS, CI-CD pipeline deployment is a must.
 Worked on monitoring tools like Azure monitor.
 Knowledge around cloud security controls.
