Mechatronics engineering department, is in need of advanced technological products. With

limited level of technology, Mechatronics engineering department has been in a state of
unpleasant sensation. Outsourcing these limit to Mechatronics engineering department will allow
the management to implement students technical drawing ability in real world graphics; aid real
virtual lecturing environment and provide managements with high security monitoring over
laboratories.

[EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The objective….
THE SOFTWARE COMPILATION DRIVE: This is a mini input flash drive containing the following
software’s: AutoCAD (professional level), Mat lab (professional level), Blender (intermediate
level), key shot (intermediate level), Solid work (beginner level), Thinker CAD (beginner level)
for creating, building, and producing good engineering drawings. These software’s are modern
tech drawing software that can be used to produce electrical designs, 2-D shapes, 3-D shapes,
machine designs, and robotic creation designs with pin-point accuracy. These software are
compactible to civil, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics and robotics engineering operation.
Having these compiled all in one software’s makes the work smooth and easy, because diagrams
that involves high design techniques and low design techniques can be acquired once using any
of the level drawing software’s without having to think of making another download for another
drawing software. Hence reducing cost.

THE VIRTUAL REALITY HEADSET DEVICE: The virtual reality headset device is used on a smart
device to project a layer of educational text and lesson-appropriate content on top of a user’s
actual surroundings, providing students with interactive and meaningful learning experiences. VR
creates an entire digital environment, a 360-degree, immersive user experience that feels real with
some of the best innovative controls, and a well-supported ecosystem of virtual reality
development.

SPY CCTV CAMERA: This is a wireless controlled micro camera hidden in any corner of an area
for easy surveillance. It is operated using a spy camera software known as webeecam and a
wireless USB connector. The popularity of the USB interface has made devices using this method
of connectivity a common sight in the workplace. The plug-and-play nature of equipment using
the USB interface makes them very convenient to use and easy to move between different
computers sharing devices in this manner can give them added value to your department. The
webeecam application is saved in a memory card. This memory card is inserted in an android
phone or a computer; through a card reader. Hence bringing an end to unprompted access into
the mechatronics laboratory without official permission.
