ABSTRACT

This report describes the internship I completed in Aden pharmaceutical in Vadodara. The report gives
the information about different products that the company manufacture and also gives advantages and
uses of intermediate products produced. My major goal was to learn the industrial view in pharmaceutical
field from my internship. During my internship I learned to operate different agitated vessels and different
cooling towers. And also I actively participated in all the work given by manager and directors and overall
I am very satisfied with the results of my internship. I hope to use my knowledge and apply it in a real
organization.

There were many Compressors attached to the reactors.

There was a air compressor available.

3)Analytical Lab
All the required properties for the product are checked in the analy tical lab.
In Analytical Lab, we were taught how to use the Gas chromatographer, High
pressure liquid chromatographer using the desired graphs in the LC solution
Software.
To check Gaseous moisture, we used Moisture Content.
To check liquid moisture, we used Karl Fischer apparatus .
4)R and D section
Various Improvement ideas were implemented in R and D section.
We were not taught anything due to Privacy policy.
