Abstract
This document contains the user manual for the Claims system for the students

 Login:
- Below are the steps to login to the system.
o Locate to https://claims.bue.edu.eg

❶ Write your username and password then click on

login.

Once you login to the system, you will see your profile which
contains your info as shown below:

You can hover over the BUE logo at the top left corner to expand the
menu as shown below:

From the menu, under claims, click on IP to view your previously

submitted IPs as below:

To add a new IP, click on ‘Add New IP’ button at the top right corner.
Note that you will not see this button if you missed the deadline. Once
you click on the button, you will see the below screen, choose the
module and the assessment for which you want to submit an IP for to
load the rest of the form elements as shown in the next two figures.

After filling the form and uploading all supporting documents, click
on the submit button as below:

Note that you can view, edit, update all submitted items within the
deadline, and if no decision was taken, as below:
