Introduction
Online Admission system is based online admission system.
Online Admission system is the process whereby students
directly registered himself in an institute and our institute in
online Admission system is National School & College. The
main purpose of using online Admission System Project is to
avoid manual problems and also documentation storage
problem. We can’t maintain long period data that’s why we
used computerized system to overcome all problems
related to data storing and other arias.

The system enables the student to fill application forms

online and submit it. They also submit their necessary
documents like passport size photograph, certificates and
mark sheets along with identity proof. The admin can view
the application forms and can approve or disapprove them.
He can submit the marks of the students. If it is approved,
an email will be sent the student’s email ID and the admit
card can be downloaded from the student’s account. The
students can further view their results. This system helps in
reducing the manual efforts and consumes less time

Abstract
Today all the work at the admission of the student is done
manually by the link and paper, which is very slow and
consuming much effort and time. Every year, students from
different cities come for collecting forms and then again for
submitting the forms. They also have to come for the
entrance and to see the result of the entrance to get
admission in the college. This leads to problems in
managing the applications, resulting in employed parents
and students alike. In order to overcome all these problems,
the online admission system is developed.
The goal 0f “Online Admission System” is to automate the
Academic Institute’s admission structures and its related
operation and functionality. The objectives of the system is
to provide support to the administration and the students
by providing a faster, transparent and easy wat of keeping
records and use them for further preceding. In this system
there are three main modules that are administration, user
(students) and the system. The administrator maintains the
admission open/close, set up seats, criteria, verify the forms
and generate merit/scholarships lists. The user fill forms,
upload necessary documents, participate in the entrance
and according to the entrance result they get registered.
And the system compares the marks and generates merit
lists and generates reports and save all the records in the
database.
Scope
The scopes of online admission subsystem are:

4. Availability of the merit or scholarships lists.
5. Online admission confirmation.

Future Scopes
Some of the potential future scopes for an Admission
Management System are:
 Artificial Intelligence Integration: Explore
incorporating AI algorithms for applications
screening, Chat bots for applicant queries, and
predictive analytics for admission.
 Blockchain for verification: Investigate the use of
blockchain technology to enhance the security and
transparency of academic credentials verification
during the admission process.
 Mobile Application Development: Extend the
admission portal’s reach by developing a mobile
application, enabling users to apply, track their
application status, and receive notifications on the
go.
 Multilingual Support: Enhance inclusively by
incorporating multilingual support to cater to a
diverse international applicant pool.
 Gamification Elements: Integrate gamification
elements into the portal to make the admission
process more engaging and encourage
participation.
 Community Engagement Features: Developed
features that foster community engagement, such
as discussion forums, webinars, or virtual events, to
connect prospective students with current students
and alumni.
Objectives
The Objectives of online admission subsystem are:

Conclusion

The project Online Admission System is for computerizing

the working in a College Admission System. It is a great
improvement of the manual system. The computerization of
the system has speed of the process. This software takes
care of all requirements of the Admission System and
capable of providing easy and effective way of taking
admission and knowing the information related to college,
courses faculties that are present in the college.
