Washing hands can keep you healthy and
prevent the spread of respiratory and
diarrheal infections. Germs can spread
from person to person or from surfaces to
people
when you: Touch your eyes, nose, and
mouth with unwashed hands. Prepare or
eat food and drinks with unwashed
hands.

Appropriate hand hygiene includes

diligently cleaning and trimming
fingernails, which may harbor dirt and
germs and can contribute to the spread of
some infections, such as pinworms.
Fingernails should be kept short, and the
undersides should be cleaned frequently
with soap and water.

Maintaining a healthy scalp and hair

through good hygiene and proper hair
care can help prevent and control many
diseases and conditions. Use soap and
clean, running water to remove dirt, oil,
and unwanted residue from your head.

Oral hygiene is the practice of keeping

your mouth clean and disease-free. It
involves brushing and flossing your teeth
as well as visiting your dentist regularly
for dental X-rays, exams and cleanings.

It's a deep-cleansing facial treatment,

used to eliminate all regular external
staining agents as well as dead cells,
blackheads and excessive fat. It's the first
treatment recommended, before any
other, so the skin is prepared in depth for
further treatments.
