Power Stow Rollertrack 450E

With Loading / Unloading Head Type 600i

Series 450E – 1443 & 1460-1466 & 1490-1505

This Power Stow Rollertrack was built on a TUG 660-28 Belt Loader (together referred to
as the “Product”). To the extent that Power Stow has changed the Electric or Hydraulic
Systems, these changes have been incorporated into this documentation.

Beyond that, this documentation does not replace the TUG 660-28 documentation and the
operator must also review and become familiar with the TUG 660-28 documentation and
comply with those requirements. It is also important that each user reviews and adheres to
the Power Stow and the TUG 660-28 operator manuals.

General Requirements:

 Read the manual and follow all of its instructions. In particular read and understand
the operator manuals.
 Read all instructions on placards and decals on the Product. All placards and
decals must be kept in a clearly readable condition.
 The operator manuals incorporated in this documentation must be made available
to all users.
 The operator must assure that every person who will use the machine has the
requisite qualifications to meet all relevant safety requirements.
 Avoid unattended access to the Product while not in use.
 Do not expose the Product to loads beyond its maximum limits.
 Products, which are not in a good operating condition, for any reason, should not
be assigned for use.
 Do not use the Product for tasks beyond its intended purpose.
 Become familiar with all relevant safety requirements and insist that these are
followed consistently.
 The manufacturer shall not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage
arising from any modifications or dismounting of the Product which were made
without the approval and supervision of the manufacturer.
