We are pleased to submit our Quotation for recruitment of personnel from Nepal for favor
of your kind perusal and consideration. We hope that we shall be favored with your
sympathetic consideration to recruit workers for your esteemed organization.

Therefore, our terms and condition mobilize recruited staffs are as follows:

1. Our Recruitment will be based on your instruction, advice set forth with your
mentioned qualification and experience prior to the trade and Physical test.
2. After final screening by you or your representative our assurance to deploy them by
the shortest possible time for mobilization. In the case of cleaners we can send the
workers of any volume within 15 to 30 days after your confirmation.

Probation Period : As per company policy.


Contract period : As per company policy.
Iqama Fee: Provided by the company.
Working Hours : 8 hours (Over time as per company requirement)
Accommodation : As per company policy.
Medical : As per Company policy.
Leave Pay : As per company.
Other terms and condition : As per Saudi labor law.

Preference pre-selection:
1. 1st of all we will prefer to select workers based on company’s terms and conditions.
2. We will prefer to select worker at height 5-4” to 5-7”.
3. Weight from 55 to 75kg if it is applicable. Furthermore, if your company having any
recruitment policy to implement the above recruitment procedure. Please consider
us by providing such policy as to enable us to act accordingly.

For processing the visa we are taken service charge from the passenger.

“Recruitment Procedure”
In our endeavor to find perfect candidates and officer candidates a good career opportunity based on past
achievements and demonstrated potential we have a rigorous selection process, which can be adapted to
selection at various levels. Our methodical & scientific recruitment procedure is divided into six parts
advertisement in leading media, pre-screening, selection panel, and interview & trade test, medical checkup
followed by documentation.

A. Advertisements
Following the authorization from our clients, we publish openings for a particular profession, with complete job
description in the leading newspapers and other popular Medias.

B. Prescreening
The applications we receive undergo initial screening by our recruitment consultants.

C.Selection Panel

The Selection Panel, which is comprised of highly experienced experts, decides the eligible candidates for
selection and short listing. Selection of Security Officers is based on Interview from Ex-Major from British Army
or General Brigadier from Nepal Army.

D.Interview and Trade Test


The short listed candidates are called for an interview. Our selection panel and the representatives of our
clients interview them. They subject the candidates to a trade test to check the authenticity of the trade of the
candidates.
If the employer would like to have direct (Face to face) interview with the workers for selection, we make all
the necessary arrangements for interview (As per the employer's instructions) upon getting the arrival date of
the company's representative in NEPAL for the interview. In another case, we forward the sufficient number
of CV's of suitable candidates as required, to the employer by express courier for the best selection. If needed,
we could also arrange for an on-line interview (By telephone) in our office.
All short-listed workers will be sent to Govt. approved Hospital or clinic for medical examination

E. Medical Checkup
(To the GAMCA approved clinics, in case of KSA visa). After their medical fitness for employment,
they will be eligible to sign the employment contract.

OFSAT Recruitment and VISA services Agreement.

1. Service Provider’s Obligations

1.1. The Service Provider will provide recruitment services to the Client, including identifying
Candidates, interviewing Candidates, managing the logistics of interviews and the logistics of
offers, introducing Candidates to the Client.

1.2. In case the Client wishes to grant exclusive services this has to be confirmed by the
client via email per role.

1.3. The Service Provider shall provide a sheet of a “snapshot” for each batch of Candidates
(position/name of Candidate/telephone number/email).

1.4. The Service Provider shall qualify Candidates prior to sending their fully-fledged CV to
the Client. The Service Provider will ensure not to introduce any Candidate who has worked
previously with the Client and whose services were terminated.

1.5. The Service Provider shall do verifications of technical knowledge, skills and
qualifications of Candidates, with observation on their performance and/or ethics.

1.6. In case of exclusivity the service provider will submit suitable candidates within 6 weeks
from date of mandate and the decision to be made by The client or as per the agreed project
schedule.

2. Client’s Obligations

2.1. The Client shall provide the Service Provider with a table that contains the vacant
positions along with their respective recruitment criteria and job descriptions.

2.2. The Client shall be responsible for obtaining work permits and any other governmental
permits required for hired Candidates to work in the country of employment.

2.3. The Client shall cover the costs of tickets and hotel accommodation to enable hired
Candidates to travel to the country of employment.

2.4. The Client shall notify the Service Provider of the Engagement of a Candidate. Details
shall include the Total Annual Remuneration Package.
