1. WHO ARE WE ?
As a tuition free school birthed through the prophetic declarations of our dear Man
of God Rev. Chris Oyakhilome Dsc. Dsc. D.D., Christ Embassy Children's Schools, we
are rightly positioned to train children who will be way more than their peers.

on the structure, classes etc.
Christ Embassy Children's School is a privately owned School. The school is ideally
located in the Christ Embassy Church Facilities unless in cases where alternative
venue is provided.
It is important to note that regardless of the venue selected by the church, it must be
a very conducive environment where children can receive quality education and
experience the love of God which is offered daily.
To establish a prestigious school such as Christ Embassy Children's School, the
requisite accreditations and certifications must be obtained.
i. Approach the community Head or monarch for permission to use the facility.

Christ Embassy Children's School is a tuition free school. This means that the school
is not expected to generate funding from school fees, school levies, materials etc. It is
in the light of this, that the Christ Embassy Church where the school is domiciled
must have very strategic fund-raising plans for the school.
Teachers and Volunteer staff of Christ Embassy Children's School are very important
personnel and part of the school thus the hiring process for all Teachers and Volunteers
must be carefully executed.
- Personal interview should be taken by Pastor – making sure that the person is fit
to be a teacher.
c. Incident book – any incident occurred during school hours must be well
reported in the incident book, for e.g – child got hurt – should mention in
details what and how it happened and what necessary steps were taken, the
Pastor should be informed about the same. Format for the same is available.
4. Reports
All the teachers are guided to send report after each day following the format
that will be given.
5. Age group
Children are divided into the following age categories.
3 to 5 years – Preschool
6 to 10 years – Elementary
10 to 12 years – Preteens
Christ Embassy Children's school security and child protection policy is to be taken very
seriously. Kindly refer to the Children's Ministry Child Protection Policy for detailed
policy on Child security in the school premises.
8. Day-to-day Activities
Assemblies are held every Monday morning where pupils gather to worship and
pray.
In-class fellowship and Bible study sessions are held either during the mornings or
afternoon slots of each day. Only Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's materials are utilised in
these devotional sessions.
Early Reader clubs are established in the school.
Breakfast and/or lunch can be served based on the Zone.
Christ Embassy Children's School is indeed a breath of fresh air in the academic
environment. In a world almost inundated with the globalist and their terrible
agenda for children, taking into cognizance the almost total ignorance of the Parents
on the curriculum used for their Children, the impact of this school cannot be
overemphasized. Children will be introduced to a Christian-based Curriculum gives
them the opportunity to learn at their own pace while being guided by excellent,
biblically based, Loveworld owned learning materials.
There may also be a call for volunteer teachers either active in service or retired who
may also pledge to give certain number of hours to the school. This is however
dependent on the discretion of the Zonal Pastor.

POLICIES
DISCIPLINE & CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT POLICY
Hebrews 12:7 - 11 tells us that discipline, though sometimes painful, produces a
harvest of righteousness and peace for those trained by it.
It also tells us discipline should be born out of love and not be intended solely as
punishment or behavioural control. It should be a growth mechanism through which
we receive necessary correction, guidance, training, and moulding of character.
Discipline is important for the smooth operation of any program in which children are
involved and several rules must be followed for disciplinary measures to be successful.
ü Verbally redirect the child before physically intervening. With younger children
some physical redirection may be necessary (for example, removing a toy from
the hands of a child that is hitting another). If the behavior does not cease,
remove or direct the child away from the group to a corner of the room where
the group is meeting (avoid being alone with the child).
ü Provide the child with a simple, understandable reason for the time-out, and
provide the child with a clear explanation of your expectations. (“Toby, you
didn't “Toby, you didn't stop hitting Chris when I asked you to, so you need to sit
quietly in the blue chair for three minutes.”) In addition, be verbally reassuring,
as being removed from the group will likely upset the child. Do not physically
hold the child in time-out.
ü Monitor the child through the entire time-out without giving your undivided
attention. For longer time-outs give intermittent praise to reassure the child and
keep them on task. (“Toby, you're doing a great job of sitting quietly – just 2 more
“Toby, you're doing a great job of sitting quietly – just 2 more minutes.”)
ü Praise the child once he or she has completed the time-out and tell them that
their reward is being able to rejoin the group. Remind them that repeating their
initial behavior will result in further time-out. Follow this with praise.
ü If the behavior continues, The Teacher should contact the team leader or
coordinator for assistance who will determine what further action should be
taken (calling the attention of the parent from the main Church, discussion with
parent, etc.)
This manual is subject to updates, and any revisions will be communicated promptly to
all participants.
