WATER SAFETY ORIENTATION

Before the water rescue starts, orientation first so we know what we

are going to do during the water survival rescue and of course praying
so we can do everything safely.
FREESTYLE

Learn the fastest and most efficient swimming stroke, the freestyle
stroke or front crawl. Find out how to perform the body, arm and leg
movements, breathing, and flutter kick.
WARMUP

before the start of the water survival we warmed up to prepare our

body and also so that our body does not hurt during the rescue
BUBBLES: BREATHING TECHNIQUE

In the bubbles breathe technique, we train our breathing so that we

don't suffocate like holding our breath under water.
DOLPHIN KICK

The dolphin kick is used in the butterfly stroke. While challenging, the
dolphin kick is useful to master.
TREADING WATER

Treading water is one of the first steps you can take towards learning
how to swim, and it’s also a very important skill to learn when it comes
down to survival situations.
FLUTTER KICK

Flutter kicks are a bodyweight exercise that activate the core, hip
flexors, glutes, hamstrings and quads. They improve conditioning, burn
calories and increase flexibility.
STREAMLINE POSITION

Streamline position is mostly used at the start of the race once a

swimmer dives into the water off of the blocks.
HEAD CARRY

Head Carry: If a near-drowning victim will cooperate with the lifeguard,

the rescue job is enormously simplified.
SIDE CARRY

Basically, any stroke where you keep your head above water and you
can do a Rescue with it.
