JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF SG CHUCKY CHAN

I, SG CHUKY CHAN, I worked at the aforementioned business in the agora property, and the
representative was the store owner.

It was then that Mr. Igor broke into the worker's quarters and took other stuff. December
31, 2023, at around 8:30 AM.

I acknowledge that I am answering these questions under oath and that providing false
evidence or perjury might result in criminal consequences.

PURPOSE: This affidavit/testimony, provided by plaintiff SG CHUCKY CHAN, is intended to

demonstrate that witness Mr. Igor entered the employee's quarters and took multiple items; upon
duty guard inspection, it was discovered that the owner of the stolen goods was an employee of the
company.

SWORN STATEMENT OF WITNESS

I, SG Chucky Chan, the security guard at Agora Compound, made sure the suspect's things
were inspected before he left the property.

01. When Mr. Igor confessed to the crime he had committed, I was there to physically inspect
his possessions for evidence of his theft alongside his companion.

02. That when he committed a crime, I was performing my duties.

03. That at the time, I was the one with the guard duty.

04. I can supply pertinent and significant information about the crime in a knowledgeable
manner.

I signed this statement to confirm the accuracy of the information above and to back up the criminal
complaint that was filed against Mr. Igor for accused of stealing offenses.

1. That I am a police officer who was involved in Mr. Igor Along's arrest at Agora Compound.

2. The aforementioned incident occurred when Mr. Igor was escorted to the police station.

3. That the same day, December 31, 2023, at 8:30 AM, we learned that there had been a theft at
Agora Compound.

3. Mr. Igor broke into the employee's quarters on December 31, 2023, somewhere in the agora
property, and took several stuffs. As the suspect prepared to leave the property, the duty guard
looked through his things and discovered that one of the establishment's employees was the
owner of the aforementioned items.
4. Igor was detained by SG Chunky Chan right away, and he took him to the police station. Igor
admitted to the crime he and his companion had committed at the police station.
