 ARTICLE WRITING COMPETITION

1. Date and Submission of the Competition

The submission shall be accepted till 12th March, 2024 via Google Form.

2. Eligibility
Students (Undergraduate & Post- Graduate) of any recognized colleges
& Universities across the Nation.

3. General Rules:
The participants shall submit only one entry per registration.
The maximum word limit is 1500 words.
The entries must be the original work of author.
The participants will be provided with a Unique Code through a confirmation mail
once the registration is done.
The work of the author shall not be plagiarized beyond 15%, non compliance of
the same shall lead to the negative marking of the participant in accordance to
the percentage exceeded.

5. Judgment Criteria:
Participants shall be judged on the following criteria:
Word limit
Grammar
 Unique Writing Style
Creativity
Clarity and Depiction Of Expression
Significance And Originality Of Thought

6. Submission Guidelines
All the participants will have to submit their entries via a google form that will
be mailed to all the registered participants via confirmation mail.
The writing shall be submitted in English language in Microsoft Word Format
(.doc/.docx).
The cover page of the submission shall include the following information:
a. Topic
b. Unique Code Provided to the participants
The entry to be submitted shall be named as mentioned:
AW_(Code)_SUBMISSION_ArticleWriting.pdf (the document should be in
.doc/.docx format only).
Entries shall be accepted till 12th March, 2024.

7. Prizes:
Winner – Rs. 5000/-
First Runner Up – Rs. 3000/-
Winner and Runner Up shall be given certificates of merits.
Trophies to the winner and the runner up is subject to their presence in the
valedictory ceremony.
The Best/Quality works of the competition will be published in a book with
ISBN Number, depending upon the number of entries,subject to the
discretion of the host Institute.
E-Certificates of Participation shall be issued to all the participants

9.Important Note
Organizing Committee has the power to take additional measures. The
Organizing Committee may take other measures as required for the orderly
conduct of the competition.
Rule of Interpretation: The Organising Committee’s interpretation as to the
implementation of the rules shall be final and conclusive.
In case of less number of registrations, the host institute has a right to
cancel the competition, with a refund policy.
