    GOODS RECEIPT

    WITH MOVEMENT TYPE


    103 & 105
    STEP 1:-Create PO by using T-code:-ME21N

    STEP 2:-For GOODS RECEIPT. Use T-CODE :- MIGO

    Enter the PO Number and select the Movement type-103.

    Enter.
    STEP 3:-Click on Check & just check the movement type correct 103 or incorrect.

    STEP 4:-Post this material document.


    STEP 5:-After this you can also check this Material Document in Purchase Order History TAB in PO, At
    item level. T-CODE :- ME23N

    STEP 6:- You can also check your Blocked Stock in T-Code:-MMBE.
    STEP 7:-Release GR Blocked Stock Material. T-CODE :- MIGO

    1) Select the Release GR Blocked Stock

    2) Enter the Material Document no.(Which is generated at the time of 103 movement type)

    3) Just check the Movement is 105 or incorrect(It comes automatically)

    STEP 8:- Post this Material Document.


    STEP 9:- Now, you can check the stock in T-Code:-MMBE

    STEP 10:- You can check both material documents in Purchase Order History in PO at Item Level.

    T-CODE:- ME23N OR You can display that Material Documents in T-CODE:- MIGO
