IFL SYSTEM Project Report

Scope and Goal:
The IFL SYSTEM Project aims to develop a donor and management system-based web application
dedicated to efficiently handling a large volume of data and facilitating seamless management between
donors and student records in a customized manner.

Project Milestones and Timelines:


Phase 1: Frontend
Estimated Completion Date: March 12, 2024

In the initial phase, emphasis will be placed on developing the frontend interface of the web application.
This phase serves as the foundation of the project, focusing on creating a user-friendly interface
essential for the application's usability and accessibility.

Phase 2: Backend
Estimated Completion Date: March 25, 2024

Following the completion of Phase 1, the project will transition to Phase 2, focusing on the backend
development. This phase involves the integration of APIs, establishment of connections among various
servers, routers, and clients, laying the groundwork for the application's functionality and data
management.

Phase 3: Testing
Estimated Completion Date: March 30, 2024

The final phase of the project is dedicated to comprehensive testing. Through rigorous testing
procedures, the aim is to ensure the proper functioning of all aspects of the application. This includes
testing for functionality, performance, security, and user experience, guaranteeing a smooth and
reliable application upon deployment.

Project completion:
Upon the successful completion of all phases, the IFL SYSTEM will be fully developed as per the specified
requirements. The project will be ready for handover by April 5, 2024, ensuring that all stakeholders
have ample time for familiarization and integration of the system into their operations.
