REFLECTION
Throughout the PLN process I have
learned so much from other amazing
teachers. I created a "teacher"
Instagram page. Instagram is a great
place to find posts, videos, and
accounts created by teachers. This
semester I created my teacher page
and began following and liking
teachers post. I have also began a
collection of post in different
categories such as math lessons,
classroom management, and social
emotional learning (SEL). This is a great
way to save posts for later. The best
thing I have found is SEL posts. SEL
has been hard for me to incorporate
into my classroom and these post
have made it so much simpler for me
to incorporate into my classroom. MY
goal for the next year is to start making
my own post with lesson ideas, anchor
charts, management strategies and
more. Instagram is a great place to
start my teacher PLN and I hope to
continue growth within the next year. I
have also brought things I have found
on Instagram to my team MCC
(McClure Collaborative Community).
We have discussed and used things I
have found within our team.
