ORGANIZATIONAL

STRUCTURE

National office is
composed of:

The Chief, Directorial
Staff.
2. The sixteen (16) Directorial Staffs (DSs), as follows: Directorate for
Personnel and Records Management (DPRM), Directorate for Human
Resource and Doctrine Development (DHRDD), Directorate for Logistics
(DL), Directorate for Research and Development (DRD), Directorate for
Comptrollership (DC), Directorate for Intelligence (DI), Directorate for
Operations (DO), Directorate for Plans (DP), Directorate for Police
Community Affairs an and Development (DPCAD), Directorate for
Investigation and Detective Management (DIDM), Directorate for
Information Technology and Communication Management (DITCM), and
the five Directorates for Integrated Police Operations (DIPOs).
3. The Inspector General, Internal
Affairs Service (IG, IAS), the Center
for Police Strategy Management
(CPSM), the Public Information
Office (PIO), and the Human Rights
Affairs Office (HRAO), which are all
under the Office of the Chief, PNP.
4. The twelve (12) administrative support units
(ASUS), as - follows: Chaplain Service (CS),
Information Technology Management Service
(ITMS), Communication and Electronic Service
(CES), Engineering Service (ES), Finance Service
(FS), Logistic Service (LOGS), Headquarters Support
Service (HSS), Health Service (HS); Legal Service
(LS), Training Service (TS), Retirement and Benefits
Administration Service (RBAS), and Recruitment
and Selection Service (RSS).
5. The fourteen (14) operational support units (OSUs),
as follows: Aviation Security Unit (AVSEU), Crime
Laboratory Group (CLG), Civil Security Group (CSG),
Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG),
Maritime Security Group (MSG), Police Community
Affairs and Development Group (PCADG), Police
Highway Patrol Group (PHPG), Police Security and
Protective Group (PSPG), Special Action Force (SAF),
Police Intelligence Group (PIG), Anti-Kidnapping
Group (AKG), Anti-Cyber Crime Group (ACCG), Drug
Enforcement Group (DEG), and Integrity Monitoring
and Enforcement Group (IMEG).q
6. The Police Regional Offices (PROs), with the following offices: Office of the
Regional Director (ORD), Office of the Deputy Regional Director for
Administration (ODRDA), Office of the Deputy Regional Director for
Operations (ODRDO), Office of the Chief, Regional Directorial Staff (OCRDS)
with Regional Staff Divisions (RDs), as follows: Regional Personnel and
Human Resource Division (RPHRD), Regional Intelligence Division (RID),
Regional Operations Divisions (ROPD), Regional Logistics and Research
Development Division (RLRDD), Regional Police Community Affairs and
Development Division (RPCADD), Regional Comptrollership and Finance
Division (RCFD), Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division
(RIDMD), Regional Training and Plans Division (RTPD), Regional
Headquarters and Support Group (RHSG), Regional Internal Affairs Service
(RD, RIAS), Regional Public Information Office (RPIO), and the Regional
Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB).
7. The Regional Administrative Support Units (RASUS)
whose presence is necessary in the regional level are
limited only to the following: Regional Medical and Dental
Service Office (RMDSO), Regional Communication and
Electronic Service Office (RCESO), Regional Finance
Service Office (RFSO), and Regional Chaplaincy Service
Office (RCSO).
8. The Regional Operational Support
Units (ROSUs) whose presence is
necessary in the regional level are limited
only to the following: Regional Police
Highway Patrol Group (RPHPG),
Regional Criminal Investigation and
Detection Group (RCIDG), and Regional
Crime Laboratory Office (RCLO).
9. The five (5) Police District Offices
(PDOs) at the National Capital Region
(NCR), each headed by a District Director
(DD), and assisted by Deputyt District
Director for Administration (DDDA) and
Deputy District Director for Operations
(DDDO).
10. The Police Provincial
Offices (PPOs) corresponding
to all provinces throughout
the country, each headed by a
Provincial Director (PD) and
assisted by a Deputy
Provincial Director for
Administration (DPDA) and
Deputy Provincial Director for
Operations (DPDO).
11. The City Police Offices (CPOs)
of highly urbanized cities which
are under the command and
direction of the Regional Director
(RD), and which is equivalent to
PPO, headed by a City Director
(CD) and assisted by Deputy City
Director for Administration
(DCDA) and Deputy City Director
for Operations (DCDO).
12. The District, Provincial, or City
Mobile Force Companies
(D/P/CMFCs) headed by the
Company Commander (CC),
which shall enhance the police
internal security operations (PISO)
in the district, province, or city,
and assist the AFP in counter-
insurgency (COIN).
13. The City or Municipal Police
Stations (C/MPS) headed by a Chief of
Police (COP) are established in every
component city and municipality,
under the command and direction of
the Provincial Director (PD), and with
subordinate Police Community
Precincts (PCP) and Community
Police Assistance Center (COMPAC).
