    SERVER CHECKOUTS

    All Ziosk payments show up in total Charge Sales


    on the Shift Operator Report and will be listed on
    the Servers Checkout Preview under one of the
    following:
    o Credit Card Detail
    o Credit Card Detail Guest-
    WILL NOT have a signed hard copy for CC
    transactions closed on Ziosk by the Guest
    o Gift Card Detail Server-
    o Gift Card Detail Guest
    WILL NOT have a hard copy for GC
    transactions closed out on Ziosk
    Managers will still validate all CC/GC slips for all
    transitions that were closed out on Dash and hold the
    Server accountable for organizing their checkout and
    having all GC/CG slips for transactions closed on Dash
    to receive their tips entered into Dash.

    All Ziosk Tips will be listed as a separate line item on


    the Operator Sales Report.
