The school organization, where the vast majority of its employees are women and the majority of its
students are girls, places a significant emphasis on advancing women's empowerment and gender
equality in its programs and strategic directions.

We agree that more needs to be done in this effort even though significant steps have been made in
recent years toward our goal of making change work for women.

In order to achieve this, the school will hold a Women’s Month Celebration on March 14, 2024. The
latter is designed to strengthen a strong network of collaboration among the school women employees
and learners because the school believes that any organization and its programs depend on a strong
team.

assistance to cover the additional expenses associated with holding this important event.
