WHEN YOUR DOLL ARRIVES

 Check if the box is very damaged or broken.

o If it is, tell the courier.

 Take pictures before and after you take the doll out of the box.

o This is to check for any damage.

 If there are any problems with the doll, tell the company as soon as
you can.

o If you use the doll, you cannot send it back.

 Be careful if you use scissors or knives to open the box.

o You do not want to cut the doll.

 The doll will be heavy. Bend your knees and keep your back
straight when you take it out of the box.

 The doll’s joints might be quite stiff.

o This will get better with time.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR DOLL BEFORE USE

 You need to clean your doll when it first arrives.

 The doll might have some dust on the skin.

o This is okay.

 Put some towels on your bed.

 Put the doll on the towels.

 Use a spray bottle filled with water to clean the doll.

 You can dry the doll with a towel or cool fan.

 Put powder on the doll when it is fully dry.

 The doll has already been oiled at the factory.

o You do not need to oil it for now.

 Put Vaseline (petroleum jelly) on private parts, knees and


elbows after washing the doll.

o This will help keep the doll in good shape.

DO NOT

 Do not put the doll’s head under water

 Do not use soap or harsh cleaning products

 Do not scratch or cut the doll

 Do not press on the doll too hard

 Do not leave the doll in stretched positions for too long

 Do not bend the fingers too much

 Do not leave the doll on hard flat surfaces (like the floor) for too
long

 Do not heat up the doll to make it dry faster.

o This means not using fire, a radiator, or a hairdryer.

 Do not apply perfume on the doll

o You can put perfume on clothes or wigs that you put on the
doll.

 Do not use baby wipes

 Do not use lube or products with silicone

o Use products that are water-based or Vaseline.
