lectures/conferences to Medical Technologist, as part of their continuing
professional development.
Recommends and Evaluates Equipment, Reagents and Supplies
Develops Quality Assurance Program and conducts Internal Audit Checks at least
annually
Develops, Review and Revises Quality Manual and Biosafety Manual
Conducts Supervisory Visits at least once a month physical visit and 2x a month
supervisory or monitoring calls.
Answers day-to-day referrals raised by the Technical Supervisors via SMS, Calls or
any online platform
Facilitates Training Needs Assessment of Staff and recommends additional
