 Implements and records a systematic patrol and security inspection of all vital

enforcement agencies including local government units.

 Investigates and promptly submits incident report to the Chief of the

 Journalize receipt of NCA/NTCA and allotment files, as well as recording JEV in


the General Journal and ensuring all necessary records are maintained
 Reviews and verifies the accuracy of supporting documents related to mode

amounts allotted
 Verifies outstanding cash advances from previous payrolls,
processes/checks summary, reviews supporting documents, prepares
journal entry vouchers, and posts cash advances to index payments.
 Verifies the completeness of supporting documents, confirms the obligation
number in the voucher, reviews the computation of VAT, E-Vat, and penalties,
prepares, reviews, and signs the JEV, and records vouchers in the index payment.
 Prepares and initials the following: BIR forms No. 2306, Certificate of VAT/Final
Tax, BIR form 2307 Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld for distribution to
suppliers, PHIC Claims form 1, Certificate of Remittances per request (GSIS, PHIC,
HMDF)
 Prepares and initials the employer portion of PhilHealth Claims Form 1,
distributes forms and certificates, prepares a letter request for the release of an
NCA-based certificate, and prepares a list of Due and Demandable Accounts
Payable
 Reviewing and analyzing financial reports on equipment, drugs, and
supplies, including RCD, RIC, RBR, and transactions for adjustment
 Prepares JEV and special journals, posts entries from general/special
journals, maintains subsidiary ledgers, and prepares monthly, quarterly,
semi-annual, and annual financial reports.

3. Administrative Aide II (Billing Aide)


 Controls and distributes pre-numbered charge slips to all revenue center
 Sorts/Keeps charge slips from revenue centers to individual patient’s jacket
 Accounts and monitor patients’ hospital charge in accordance with existing
policies, rules and regulations
 Consolidates and computes charge and maintain patient’s ledgers
 Prepares progress billing and informs patients accordingly
 Review and process PHIC and other claims
 Monitor accounts receivable and follows up outstanding and overdue account
 Prepares periodic analysis of receivables versus collection
 Prepares and submits summary of bills rendered
 Conduct periodic account reconciliation within Accounting and Cash
Departments/Sections

 Oversees the overall administrative and technical operations of the Clinical
laboratory
 Reviews Project procurement Management Plan (PPMP), Purchase Request and
other reports as required by the facility and the Provincial Government.
 Participates in the quality assurance program of the Laboratory by giving
lectures/conferences to Medical Technologist, as part of their continuing
professional development.
 Recommends and Evaluates Equipment, Reagents and Supplies
 Develops Quality Assurance Program and conducts Internal Audit Checks at least
annually
 Develops, Review and Revises Quality Manual and Biosafety Manual
 Conducts Supervisory Visits at least once a month physical visit and 2x a month
supervisory or monitoring calls.
 Answers day-to-day referrals raised by the Technical Supervisors via SMS, Calls or
any online platform
 Facilitates Training Needs Assessment of Staff and recommends additional
Proficiency Trainings as part of Continued Professional Education

 Monitor the incoming and outgoing of various vaccines
 Facilitate documents for signature, tracking and follow ups of charge and sales
invoices
 Receives and distributes logistics to hospitals;
 Assists in consolidation of request from districts hospitals
 Facilitates the unloading, sorting and conveying of received commodities
 Ensure proper stacking of commodities to pallets, facilitate transfer of stacked
commodities to its assigned storage space based on the Location Map

inventory stock keeping records.
 Conducts Random or cycle physical inventory in a weekly and monthly basis

the province in terms of Pharmaceutical Chain management
 Supervises in the preparation of medicines for medical mission/or during health

 Dispense prescribed medicines to patients during medical/dental and surgical
missions
 Assists in pharmaceutical activities, performs duties relating to the procurement,
preparation, care, distribution, inspection and inventory of drugs and medical
