ABOUT MARDICORP ACADEMY

MARDI Corporation Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Malaysian Agriculture Research and
Development Institute (MARDI), an agency under Malaysia’s Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security

MARDICorp Academy - Drone, IoT and Smart Farming is a premium training institution that provides courses
related to the Industrial Revolution (IR) 4.0, such as drone technology and applications, the Internet of Things, Big
Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and others. It will be the first training institution to offer a complete Drone
and Smart Farming course to the public in an integrated agricultural park in the Klang Valley.

The Academy will take advantage of the facilities available at MAEPS, such as Laman Padi, Laman Nanas, Laman
Perikanan, and Laman Jentera (Paddy, Pineapple, Fisheries, Mechanization and Mechanical showgrounds),
where courses will be delivered in a real agricultural environment to provide a hands-on approach to trainees
towards smart farming best practices.
