1. Individual Activity: Revisit your finished lesson plans and indicate your observations in
compliance with the 21st century skills and use of digital tools.
Answer: My lesson plan encourages critical thinking, collaboration, and communication. These
skills are essential for learners to thrive in today’s dynamic world. In the motivation activities it
promotes problem-solving and creativity. My listed materials are laptop and projector, indicating
the integration of technology.

via virtual conference in terms of compliance with the 21st century skills and integration

Answer: For me, what I can share is that using lesson plan, future educator like me encourage to
analyze and evaluate information that promotes critical thinking.

1. What is your idea about the learning plan and lesson plan?
Answer: Learning plan is a short-term plan for instruction and assessment. Lesson plan is
usually prepared by the teacher who conducts a lesson for students to make sure a lesson meets
learning takes effectively.it is the blueprint of the teaching and learning process.

2. What are the problems you might encounter in dealing with your lesson plan?
Answer: Challenges in dealing with lesson plan include time constraints, excessive paperwork,
performance pressure, and addressing diverse student needs.

3. What are the things to consider when making your lesson plan?
Answer: When creating a lesson plan, consider clear objectives, it must have connected in the
activity, related requirements, pre-assessment and resources.

4. As a teacher, how can you apply the learning plan as well as a lesson plan to maximize
21st century learning?
Answer: To maximize 21st century learning, integrate technology, critical thinking, collaboration
and student- centered approaches.
